Love them!

I have a few chubby sticks now and just love them!

I love the fact that they moisturise my lips just like a balm but give me such a lovely hint of colour.

The colour doesn't last for a super long time but they are so cute i wanna keep using them anyway!

They are a tad pricey but i dont mind because you are getting a quality product. :)

Good in theory - not in practice

Hmmm... the chubby stick promises to be a good all rounder, colour for lips and cheeks. I bought a colour that would suit both (a pale neutral pink), and unfortunately it doesn't really suit either. As a result it just sits in my makeup box unused.

The colour pigmentation is quite weak - not really my style.

Tips: Buy a separate lip colour and blush. Powder blush is better than creme blush.

Glad I read your review before I bought this. Been tempted for a while now, but will get the Revlon lip butter instead.

Not fussed till I found 'heaping hazelnut'

These are really just glorified lipbalms a wash of colour and not particularly moisturising - I wasn't particulary wowed by the one I tried at first but I love these now that I have tried a new shade 'heaping hazelnut' which is a great nude shade definitely nicer than Revlon's version but I would expect this as these are rather pricey for what they are.

lovely but pricey

If you are unsure about buying this product i would give it a miss, the price is not worth the risk. Its a lovely colour and isn't sticky or too heavy; its only the price thats the downside

Like the shade

Really liked the shade and the feel. Really moisturising ... Bit overpriced for what they are. Mine broke off quite soon after buying ... Think it had warmed up plus I kept applying to try and get the colour to some depth.

Tips: Don't push too hard

Lovely Lippy, not great balm

I love the Clinique chubby sticks for a light weight lip colour . The colours are lovely an sheer and the texture is great, smooth and hydrating as apposed to a sticky gloss. But if you have really dry lips I would still suggest using a lip balm first to help as I don't think these pack enough of a punch in that department.

Loved It!

I had one of these in the Watermelon shade, and loved the colour and coverage it gave me. I also liked that application was easy and quick.

Singing the praises of chubby sticks

I'm a massive fan of these! I was skeptical that they wouldn't last long, but my ones will get through a cup of coffee with ease. Curvy Candy and Chunky Cherry are both really nice shades (pink and red, respectively). They look glossy and beautiful

I apply it in the morning when I get ready, at lunch and perhaps in the afternoon?

How often do you re-apply yours? I struggle to keep lipstick on, and always have to buy really durable ones.

Amazing tinted lip balm

These chubby sticks are the perfect tinted lip balm. The pencil format makes it so easy to apply and to get into the tight corners of the lips. The colour payoff is pretty good for a tinted lip balm, you can definitely notice the colour, and the colour is buildable too. This is not as pigmented as a lipstick but good for a healthy wash of colour on the lips.

Tips: If you want a more pigmented tinted lip balm, go for the Chubby Stick INTENSE. They are much more pigmented and perform just like a very moisturising lipstick.

They're new and the packaging is exactly the same as the original, it just says INTENSE on it. Ask your Clinique beauty advisor for them :) they are displayed separately

Didn't even realise there was an intense one, thanks heaps!

Oooh I never knew they had the "Intense" Chubby sticks! I've always wanted to try one but I was worried about lack of pigmentation. I might have to go try the Intense ones :) Great review!
