Any Mums out there who have suffered significant hair loss after having baby have any heat advice for hair products / shampoo / conditioner/ supplements to help with this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

I know it’s normal but any advice for helping to strengthen / assist the new hair coming through.

It'll probably take the 9 month hair loss cycle but grape seed oil is touted as a good supplement to support hair growth. You could read about it online and see what you think?

I went through that too and took iron supplements. Eventually when your hormones settle back to normal it will come right. It is horrible to go through and you do wonder if you're going bald.
