Happy Easter everyone! Just wondering if anyone is having trouble with the VS steam straightener filling up via the little tank? If not what is the trick to getting it to fill up?!

The VS sassoon straight brilliance. It was a trial product :-) So I know at least 30 others have one lol.

I don't use the base station, I use the pipette. Sorry that's probably no help to you.

Mine won't fill from the tank it sits on so I just take the mini tank off and fill it that way Lisa.

Hmmmm thats really odd! It's very annoying. I know another persons that won't fill from the tank either.
