just chatting with a friend at work - we realised that it's probably closing in on the equinox because between winter and spring everyone seems to lose their minds a bit - gets grumpy, short fuses, largely apathetic.
Anyone else noticed this as being a thing? The more we talk about it the more convinced we are it's happening haha

I notice that with a few people they tend to get a bit touchy at this time of the year. I think it's a mixture of all the rain and cold and just wanting a break. During the middle of the year there's not many stat days so work seems to drag.
I notice that every full moon my son's behavior changes. He has autism anyway but during thise time he becomes exhausted and cries for no reason. He gets anxious a lot more and tends to have more meltdowns than any other time of the month. It's frustrating but good that I know when to expect it and brace for stormy seas.
