I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced a problem with Essano's pump packaging.
I bought one one of their face washes last year and the pump failed, I had to decant the rest of the product into a different bottle. I'm now using their body wash and after a week, the pump failed! Not so nice, when it's such a large bottle.
I have reported the faulty packaging to Essano, via the product feedback section on their website's contact form, but I have had no response from them.
I thought I'd put this out there, in case others have experienced the same problem. I think it's worth reporting faulty packaging to Essano, to make them aware that there is a problem ... or maybe it's just me?

I've had exactly the same problem with multiple bottles, read my review. You have to turn the the pump and pull really, really hard. I gave up after a few bottles and switched to the Moreish gel cleanser which I actually liked much more.
I might bring my Essano body wash to the front to give a test drive for a few weeks & see how the pump is.
Recently I decanted my Palmolive body wash into my Only Good bottle and using the pump is making the body wash last a lot longer than normal, I at least I know I have a pump ready and waiting if it does fail.

After contacting Essano's marketing team about their faulty packaging, Essano have sent me a replacement bottle of the "Adore" Body Wash and asked me to send the faulty bottle back to them, so that they can test the packaging and try to find out what the problem is.
Essano paid for and arranged courier pick-up of the faulty bottle, all I had to do was sit around and wait for the courier to arrive. I do appreciate the replacement bottle of body wash. It just goes to show that customer feedback is valued and is important to them, and that they're prepared to take back and test the faulty product to try and find a solution.
