I'm really put off them listening to your experiences. Sounds like the brand has completely lost it's integrity.

A bit unfortunate considering the business is changing hands. Unless of course it was intentional to ruin the brand name.

I'd say it's more likely that the new owners have dropped the ball in the change over.
