Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Review

I like this mascara a lot. I have the full size at home and the mini in my gym bag. It gives full dark lashes with a quick swipe, or with a bit of care and a couple coats I get amazing full dark lashes. It runs a bit at the gym but there’s always the waterproof option. I’ve repurchased this a couple of times.

This mascara has lots of ups and downs. The ups to it are that it gives you lashes to die for and looks amazing on. It works so well up until it gets a bit dry from using it so much. Then it goes downhill. From about a month or two in, the mascara gets flakey and falls off after a day of wearing it INTO YOUR EYES. I thought it may be the batch but I got it more than once and the same thing happened. I mean for the price you expect it to be amazing.

Don't get me wrong! If it lasted longer I would buy this again and again. But unfortunately it's not meant to be. Onto the next!

I call this a partner product because I can never use it on its own, whilst it is good if you want a dark thick mascara. I definitely have to use more then one coat if I want length on my lashes and also have to pair it with another mascara. What I do like about it though is it is a very thick mascara, so makes your lashes look thicker! Be weary though, this mascara can get a wee bit clumpy and leave those little mascara left over bits!

I literally could not live without this mascara. It is love. It is life. I have fairly long lashes naturally, but they're very fair on the ends. Better than Sex really brings them to life without any major clumping. It's a bit on the pricier side but honestly I think it's so worth it if you're a mascara junkie like I am. Here's to you Too Faced, you make my life worth living.

Don't get me wrong - I think this mascara is great. I've bought it four times. After a month or so of using it, I find it gets really clumpy. It doesn't smell bad or seem like it needs replacing. There's plenty of product on the brush so it's not drying out. I just tend to wipe the worst off with a tissue and then apply. I still wear it every day, I still like it, It's just not a five star mascara for me.

I love this mascara. I purchased this when I needed to get some new stuff and I have repurchased it since. I love the larger brush which applies it amazingly without clumps!

I recently brought this in the mini. I never use up a full sized mascara before you're supposed to discard it, so I loved the idea of mini mascara and I was pleased to see that the wand on it was easy to use.

I think it is one of the best mascaras I've tried, but nothing except false lashes really give my lashes that really long full look. But this does give me reasonable lashes with a few swipes and doesn't flake or irritate my eyes.

The mascara easily lasts all day and I use rosehip oil usually to remove it at night.

I like the mascara and the mini size works well for me, so I will likely repurchase.

I tried this over a few months and I have to say, I do not understand the hype at all.

I found this made my lashes clumpy, too much product would come off on the brush and it did not seperate my lashes nicely.

It would leave little dots of mascara on my eyelids and I found it took a long time to set when doing multiple coats

A friend recommended this to me when I said I was going to get some new mascara, so I picked up a mini. It's fine enough - I really like the brush, and it applies nicely. I don't have issues that other people seem to suggest where they end up with mascara on their eyelids.

I do find it smears during the day, and I often end up with mascara smudged under my eyes. I haven't had this issue with any other mascaras and I don't rub my eyes, so I have no idea how this happens.

It's a pity because if it didn't smear, I could forgive the price as it applies really smoothly and makes my lashes look amazing.

I have been rebuying this mascara over and over again after recieving it in travel size as a gift. The first thing that makes it so amazing is the fact that there is ZERO clumping. I really like the weight of the wand that you hold as it is a little heavy but makes it easy to apply. Theres something about the brush that works with the fluid to make my eye lashes super beautiful, long, and black. I bought a Maybelline mascara in between purcashes of this and the difference was a lot - it was clumpy and messy. If you want a go to mascara that lasts ages and does the trick with no fuss, grab this!
