I use this on spots (great for drying out!) and on mosquito bites and it stops the scratching pretty quickly. It's so small you can take it anywhere and smells great.

Tips: I also use it as a preventative measure for nits. I put 6 drops in a water sprayer and my girls spray their hair with it everyday before brushing. Both have long hair and (touch wood) neither have had nits :)
I keep meaning to buy this. My mother used to use this all the time when I was badly sunburnt and on my pimples. It is soothing on sunburn and dried up my pimples quickly. A great product.
Tips: Put a few drops in your bath for sunburn or put a drop on a cutip and dab on a pimple.
I purchased this wee bottle after reading how amazing it was here on BR! Purchased from supermarket and it was put to use immediately on myself having been bitten by mozzies over the weekend and then hubby getting a bee sting.
The ointment completely took away any itch and sting and had a very pleasant smell. I also used it daily on my cesarean wound to help it heal and stay clean.
A little goes a very long way, so despite being a tiny bottle I expect it will last a long time.
A top product that I will continue to purchase
I was treated with this a few years back when I had an unfortunate event of walking in to a beehive, on the farm and was stung many times over. My nana always had some in her medicine cupboard for such things and it was a gosh sent that's for sure.
I love how little and compact it is, so will fit almost anywhere without taking up too much room. It is a small brown glass bottle with a black lid. I bought some myself 3 years ago to keep in the cupboard too. The tea tree oil is very concentrated so you only need a very small amount to make it effective. I have used it in many forms such as a few drops in a bath to help soothe itching on a chicken pox child, on bee stings, in my nieces hair to help with getting nits out and many other uses. It is that versatile.
I found that using very small amounts on my son's eczema can help soothe the rawness and itching which helps his skin heal a bit. I even use it on the back on my scalp because I have sensitivity to any chemicals. I swear by it and always have it on hand. It is very affordable and lasts for ages.
Tips: Use a few drops in a bath to help with skin problems such as eczema
My children and I use this product alot. It helps heal and stop the itch of insect bites. I use it on my acne which leaves me with clear skin again after a few days. And I know it's a safe product to use time, and time again on my kids. The smell is quite strong but not over powering. The bottle has a handy dropper on it so only 1 drop comes out at a time, so no messy spills to clean up.
I use this to keep my babies bottom clean and prevent any nasties causing nappy rash.
My midwife gave me this tip as most nappy wipes are loaded with chemicals that have no business near such new sensitive skin.
I put 5-8 drops in a small container to soak dedicated bottom flannels in it, and I use them everytime I change bubs nappy, on their own for number ones, and after using baby wipes for number twos.
In the travel nappy bag I have the same mixture in a spritz bottle.
Bubs skin is soft and clean and she has never had nappy rash, or skin issues.
So easy to use and so healthy for big and little skins.
Tips: 5-8 drops in a spritz bottle of water for a healthy antiseptic alternative to chemical laden baby wipes.
I picked this up after reading soem reviews on the forum, I had a huge zit coming through so picked this up at radius pharmacy for $9.99 the smell is of tea tree, it's strong but others around me couldn't smell it!
I also used it on my insect bites and it stopped them from itching- big perk!
it comes in a 10ml glass bottle with a drip type lid, so you tip it and the product comes out.
you only need a small amount and it absorbs into the skin quite quickly.
Tips: it will last a long time, use sparingly.
This is a great little product. We always have it on hand for any pimples, scratches, fungal 'what is that??'s, deterring nits and for making our awesome homemade baby wipes. Just a drop or two and you have a very natural antiseptic that smells lovely (bonus!).
The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it is a bit more pricey than other brands.
This is a great multi purpose product. It has great antiseptic qualities. It can be used it on spots, itchy bites and small scrapes.
It has a child proof cap and although the bottle sizes are quite small, you really dont need to use a lot. It will last for ages.
Tips: Keep in your first aid kit.
We always have a bottle of Thursday Plantation tea tree oil in the cupboard, the bottle also travels with us.
Main use for us is on a damp cotton wool ball to clean face, or dab on spots, for the whole family.
It does have a strong aroma, which I quite like.
I am sure this tea tree oil can be used for a majority of other ailments, luckily we haven't experienced.
Tips: After buying a small bottle - with pouring cap, buy the biggest bottle - no pouring cap and just top up your small bottle.
