MOR Marshmallow Hand Cream

I got the Marshmallow hand cream in a goodie bag and it's my favourite hand cream ever! Firstly the packaging is just gorgeous, like all the MOR products. The pale pink tube, gold lid and logo give it a real vintage glam feel. I have mine displayed on my dressing table with my perfume bottles. The next thing I noticed was the scent. Marshmallow isn't as sugary as you would expect from the name, it's actually quite smoky and sophisticated and very heavy. Using a bit on your hands is enough for people to smell it and compliment you on your perfume! The thing that makes me want to buy this again once it's run out is the consistency. It's nice and thick but not at all greasy and makes your hands feel really soft and lovely for hours. My hands feel better after using MOR than any other hand cream I've tried. I would definitely recommend this as a lovely, luxury product for a good price.

Tips: The MOR scents are very strong so trying a hand cream can be a great way to see if you love a particular scent before you buy the more expensive products in the range - body washes and lotions, candles and perfume oils. I previously tried a hand cream in Belladonna and it was too strong for me and made me feel a little sick so it was good to trial it in a cheaper form first!

MOR Marshmallow

I was sure I'd tried this at a Sephora when I was overseas - I remember the sample I tried as smelling AMAZING and feeling better than any other hand lotion I'd ever tried. I've been kicking myself for not buying it or taking a photo of it so I could remember the brand!

When I saw the MOR Marshmallow on sale at an online shop I was sure that it was what I'd sampled - I bought it.

It's not what I remember the smell being like (however, I might have just romanticized this lotion so much over the months that I don't actually remember what the scent was *lol*) BUT I do really like the scent of the lotion I bought. It's more of a rose scent to me, but not a cloying rose scent. It is VERY strongly scented, so be warned of that - honestly a little goes a very long way. The good news is that it also only takes a little to make your hands feel very nice :)

The texture is really great - it isn't tacky or chalky like a lot of hand lotion- your hands feel great for hours and hours after you use it and the container is super pretty too!

Tips: Make sure to try before you buy - it is very strongly scented - get the right scent for you.

Love!

I got a sample of five different fragrances in this range from my Her Fashion Box subscription and a couple of the frangrances are just amazing! I really like this formula, it is quite creamy but not greasy- it makes my hands feel like satin and it is a product that absorbs well.

The fragrances I have tried and what I think about is below:

Basil and Grape- steer clear, this one made me feel quite ill. It is relatively strong. I had the sachet open on my bedside table and had to move it when I was in my bed because I just couldn't handle the smell

Honey Nectar- this one is okay, good if you like a honey scent (obviously :P). Its not too strong, not my favourite though

Blackcurrent and Iris- Really like this one! Its more fruity than floral. Not an overbearing frangrance, quite fresh

Sugar Rose Tiger Lily- also really nice

Above everything though, I just really love the formula of these products and how they make my hands feel

Great smell, gorgeous packaging!

I really love MOR handcreams - they smell divine and the tubes are so gorgeous. The only downside is that they are quite expensive and you can only find them in certain boutique stores (I buy mine from Redcurrant). They moisturise really well and I find that they do make my palms a lot softer when they are particularly dry. The only thing is that your hands can feel a bot greasy, so you need to rub the cream in well and let your hands air dry a bot after using. Also, considering the thickness of the cream, only squeeze out a small amount - a little goes a long way with this cream!

I love the look and sound of these but the price puts me off. MOR packaging is always gorgeous too!

I'm so fancy...

After hearing gorgeous things about MOR (esp. their handcreams), I really had to try one for myself. I purchased the Marshmellow one from TM (brand new) for a really reasonable price of $12.

I absolutely adore the packaging. Baby pink and gold - I just feel like such a fancy girly-girl whenever I whip this out. (In fact, I like to display it on my desk at work!).

The fragrance is lovely, however, I don't really find it very marshmellow-like. It's very, very strong, and more like an old-fashioned rose and powder scent. I adore it, in any case.

It's quite a thick cream, and the colour of it matches the baby pink tube. I find it's non-greasy and absorbs really well, leaving my hands hydrated and soft.

I've always liked the idea of handcreams, but have never consistently used one due to lack of interest (in the cream). This one, on the other hand, has got me using it all the time. I love the femininity of it.

Tips: Wash your hands before applying! If you are inclined to be sensitive to fragrance, I wouldn't recommend this handcream. The scent is uber strong.

MOR Lychee Flower Handcream

I love my MOR Lychee Flower handcream!! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous (very typically MOR!) in a bright pink tube with a luxurious looking logo in gold on the front. So pretty!!

I also really love the scent of the Lychee Flower flavoured handcream. It is not too overpowering, but has long staying power on my skin. The cream itself is very hydrating and nourishing and has a really lovely consistency.

The MOR range of handcreams are absolutely lovely and are cruelty free (bonus!!). They make a wonderful handcream to keep in your handbag or the perfect little gift!

I want MORE MOR hand cream!

So I received this product from a monthly subscription and it aw the full size. I love it! It smells amazing, I receive the lychee scent, which comes in a bright pink tube. The packaging is so cute, and look expensive and fancy. Like the song from iggy..... I'm so fancy!! Haha. But the product is lovely as well. It is easy to get out of the tube and you only a little bit. The product comes out white and once rubbed in becomes clear. It absorbs into the skin nicely and doesn't leave a greasy film on the hands, it leaves your hand smelling amazing. And it also makes them hydrated looking and feeling. Overall I want more and when my tube slowly runs out I'm going to get MOR!

One Word: Amazing

I was lucky enough to stumble across MOR cosmetics in Australia. I tried the "Cassis Noir" handcream. It smells like a dream - super floral and not too sweet.

The cover is great and even after you have washed your hands you can still feel it on there. The final result is really nice moisturised hands with a lovely smell.

I struggle with cracking nails and since I have been using this they have really cleaned up and stopped cracking. A great result for a an ex-biter like me.

My recommendation - try it, you won't be disappointed.

Tips: You don't need to much to get a great coverage. First time go slowly and work the moisturiser through otherwise you will get gloopy hands! No one likes that!
