I got this foot scrub as a gift from someone. I think its a good scrub, but doesn't add anything extra or anything special than a normal body scrub. The texture is very grainy and fine, and is not too harsh on your skin. It feels like you are rubbing thick sand on your feet. I use this on my heels during my shower to remove dead skin. I use this scrub about once or twice a week as maintenance as I don't have badly cracked or dry heels. But if you did have badly cracked heels I would suggest you use this daily or every second day. I don't really see what the peppermint, lavender and tea tree does either as I don't notice any difference from using a normal body scrub. It doesn't even smell strongly of any of these oils either. For the price of this product I probably wouldn't purchase this again as I can get a cheaper body scrub that will do the trick.

The Aromatherapy Company’s exfoliating Pumice Foot Scrub Review
The Aromatherapy Company’s exfoliating Pumice Foot Scrub is uniquely blended with ground Apricot Kernal, pumice, and the essential oils of Peppermint, Tea Tree, and Lavender and botanical extracts of Kanuka for its antifungal properties. Directions Rub gently into wet feet to naturally exfoliate and help prevent cracked and dry skin. For best results, apply The Aromatherapy Company’s moisturising Foot Balm when dry.
Tips: Apply to your heels in a circular motion in the middle/near the end of your shower, as the hot water will soften your skin making it easier to scrub and exfoliate.
This product has a lovely aroma of peppermint, tea tree and lavender. It's great to use at the end of a shower when you feet have been standing in water. I found it helped to rough away the dry skin areas but I'm not sure if it is worth the price. Love the smell though!
Tips: Be careful that the cream doesn't get washed away before applying it to your feet if the shower water is still running!
