L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Serum Review

I've been trialling the day cream, night cream and this product from the new L'Oreal Perfect Intense range and I've got to say I loved them all but this product was my absolute favourite!

Well for a start, show me the words 'anti sagging' and i'm in on any level.

You apply this product before your day and night cream. It comes in a pump bottle which I love and has a gorgeous light consistency to it so it just sinks into your skin. The fragrance in this is consistent with the other products in the range which is a light floral and is pleasant without being overwhelming.

You could use this product on it's own and I reckon your skin would benefit. But double down and use it in conjunction with the day and/or night cream and boom! Soft, supple, hydrated and it just feels amazing. The bottle claims that after 4 weeks you will see even more benefits so i've made a note to update this review then and let you know.

Lovely feel and fragrance, but not too much. Not at all greasy but feels rich. Leaves the skin feeling lovely. Just needed to remember to not use too much, although its great rubbed over your hands to utilise the excess.

The Serum feels really intensive and I think you need a walk round in the fresh air before applying the day or night cream. Its kind of tightening in a non-taut way. Feels good, like a nice prep for the next application. Again in another couple of weeks I might be able to report greater fortification ... I don't like the way they promote "Anti-Sagging", those are unkind words and very ageist indeed. As we grow older, our skin changes. We are what we are and at 68 I don't expect to have the skin of a 35 year old. But "Sagging" is insulting to any of us, wherever we come from, what life we have lead and the genes we have within us. Life is for living! I am a complete believer in using face creams, every night and every day, and I think it pays off. I'm lucky to have a good complexion and I have nourished my skin. Be a believer, do what you can, Make looking after your face a routine, teach your daughters, encourage your friends. It does pay off!.

Fortified with manuka honey for skin repair and calcium B5 for moisturising properties, this is a lovely serum. It's a light gel, and 2 small pumps does the whole face and neck area. It has a really nice light fragrance. Comes in a glass bottle with a handy pump.

What I really like about this serum is that it is so easy to apply and it feels very luxurious. The only downside I can see is that used twice a day you will run out pretty quickly, so perhaps a bigger bottle would be preferrable.

L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Serum was very light and easy to use without a strong smell. It felt full of active ingredients and absorbed quickly into my skin.I loved using it and saw great results with my skin appearing smoother and helping fine lines.

I received the serum on the 26th Sept 2018 and started using it that night in conjunction with the L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Serum moisturisers. I love the packing it comes in because it states very clearly the name of the product, what age group it is for and details of how to apply along with a flow chart showing how to use it with the other products. Very helpful. It cam in a glass bottle, with an easy to use pump top. The serum has no descernible smell and is of a thin liquid consistency that goes a long way (2 drops per application is ample). It absorbs rapidly which is great for then applying you moisturiser on top. I am unable to declare its efficacy as I don't think I have been using it long enough to attest to much, however my skin did feel softer when I used both the serum and the moisturiser each day and night. I also think my skin looks firmer and smoother in the mirror, which seemed to occur after 3 to 4 days of use.

I love that fact that this comes in a glass bottle, gives the impression of quality. The brown colour also reminds me of a spa experience.

I have used many skin care products and a lot of them have been from L'Oreal Paris.

This serum has been designed for a particular age group. This is a fantastic innovation because as we age our skin has dirfferent needs and this way you pick a product that will be of benefit to you and your skins' needs.

As you pump the serum out onto your fingers you will notice the colour, which is a very pale creamy colour and then the very subtle scent, hard to describe but pleasent.

It is a typical serum consistancy, not too thick. On your face is absorbs very well and there is no residue, it is all absorbed.

I cant say I have noticed a huge difference but it has been only a short time that I have been using this serum, however I am loving the way my skin has been feeling lately. Softer and more nourished. I will continue to use this serum.

I found this serum to be a keeper. I will purchase it again as it glides onto your skin and sinks in deep but doesn't feel at all greasy. Did it fix my wrinkles? I think only time will tell as two weeks is not enough time to work miracles. However it certainly made my skin soft and radiant and even I couldn't help touching it in wonder. I have to admit I've turned into a preening peacock as I have a glow that I didn't have before.

I have been using serum for a while now so was pleased to get the opportunity to review this one. As the packaging rightly points out that with age the body's level of hydration and nutrients decrease and the skin obviously becomes dryer and less supple - and mine is no exception. I have used this L'Oreal serum morning and night since receiving it, and it has certainly made my skin feel more nourished and less tight. I have also noticed that the fine lines are less visible which of course is always pleasing. A little bit certainly goes a long way even with my thirsty skin a few pumps and I am covered. I applied straight after a shower in the morning when my skin was warm and receptive and the pores were open, and it responded well. In the evening I applied a warm facecloth to my cleansed face first, and then the serum. I didn't like the fragrance though it was strong and lingering, but apart from that I found this serum to be effective, economical and absorbent without leaving my face uncomfortably tight.

This serum comes in a gorgeous and classic looking dark glass bottle with a pump. It really looks lovely and I enjoy the simplicity of it.

Two pumps was enough for my face and neck, three pumps to include my decolletage.

The serum is a pearly-lotion texture more than an oil. Like the creams it applies evenly and absorbs quickly. There's no tackiness left behind.

I use this after cleansing with my usual cleanser, and apply moisturiser about 5 minutes after applying this. I've encountered no unwanted reactions and feel the product actually works immediately - my skin feels hydrated, even before moisturising.

After a few weeks use I'm happy with the results overall - plumper, firmer skin!
