L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Regime Reviews

I was lucky enough to be sent this whole range as part of a BR trial. I have just turned 40 and have quite dry skin with fine lines around the eyes, so was really excited to see how this might help replump and replenish my skin.

The range has the day cream, eye cream, serum and night cream. The packaging is true to L’Oréal’s high standards and comes with the right amount of information and instructions on how to use.

The day cream is a gorgeous, light cream that absorbs easily into the skin. There’s no huge waiting around time to apply your makeup, and it doesn’t ever get greasy during the day. It has a nice light scent, wasn’t irritating and only a small amount is needed. It doesn’t contain an SPF, so make sure you apply sunscreen as well if you use this range.

The eyecream has very cool packaging with a rounded metal applicator tip that helps spread the eyecream across the delicate eye area with no pulling or tugging, and has a gorgeous cooling sensation that helps wake up the eyes in the morning.

The serum is a really really light product and absorbs super easy into the skin. So much so, that I ran out way too early in the trial. I guess over time with my skin being more moisturised and nourished, the serum may go further and will last longer (or it may be that I was too enthusiastic/impatient and wanted the fine lines gone!!).

The night cream was by far my favourite. While I couldn’t find anything on the packaging that told me what galanga does for the skin, I’m assuming it’s responsible for the beautiful calming lavender colour – just perfect for bedtime routines! This cream has the most amazing silky texture and absorbs into the skin without leaving any greasy residue or heavy feeling.

Overall I was really impressed with the range. It has plumped my skin, leaving it looking more nourished and cared for, and has helped with reducing those tired, end of a long day, fine lines appearing.

I’ve been using the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler regime now for around 8-9 days and it’s been an absolute pleasure to try out.

The gorgeous packaging, the pampering feeling of applying the actual products and then the wonderful results for my skin have all been pretty much beyond my expectations!

Firstly, these products all come packaged in gorgeous, metallic pinky-purple boxes; this range definitely has a very attractive colour scheme going on - it’s pretty and feminine. I LOVE the use of the metallic colours in this skincare range, they seem to yell out ‘I’m vibrant and effective so please use me’!

The standout products for me in this range are the incredible eye cream and the night cream. The eye cream visibly helps to reduce the appearance of skin imperfections around the undereye area, such as bags, wrinkles and dark circles. It’s very soothing and cooling to use and it provides immediate positive results. My undereye area is usually a problem area for me, but this cream helps to improve how the skin looks under my eyes quite visibly, so I’m very happy with the results! As for the night cream, it provides a real sense of pampering and luxury at the end of a long day and revitalises my skin while I sleep. My skin definitely feels plumper, more hydrated and firmer with use.

The serum and day cream are both very good products too in terms of plumping, hydrating and firming the skin. The only slight negative (if I had to pick one) is that the texture of the day cream is slightly thicker than I’m used to in a moisturiser. So I believe it’s essential to use the serum beforehand as it definitely helps to then massage the rich day cream in more easily. But as L’Oréal recommend applying the serum prior to the day cream anyway, this is no biggie.

Overall, I’m very impressed by how this whole regime is able to fight the signs of aging by plumping, hydrating and firming the skin. The products all seem to compliment each other in that regard - they all seem to boost the efficacy of one another. So I believe the whole regime is an excellent, anti-aging skincare range as the products all work well together. If I had to choose just one product though as the overall winner in this bunch, I’d have to say the eye cream is an absolute winner for targeting problem undereye skin concerns and achieving visible improvements straight away.

I’m now a total believer also in the power of hyaluronic acid in skincare products to help fight the aging process by putting volume back into the skin. I hadn’t even heard of hyaluronic acid before trying out these Loreal Paris products, but now I know what it can actually achieve in skincare, I’m totally sold on the stuff. It seems to be a crucial aid in keeping the skin looking its best.

I give this visibly effective skincare regime five kisses overall. Mwah!

These products on their own are fantastic, but as a regime they're amazing. I don't think you'd reap the total benefits of these products without using them all together as a regime, and you need to give the system a good 4 weeks to really see and feel real differences.

I did a before/after photo so I could get really critical and see results and there are definite improvements in my skin. The most noticeable improvements were around the eye area - which is brighter, and the lines under the eye are softer. My makeup sits nicer around the eye area too - less caked, and more hydrated looking.

Some of my deeper wrinkles look a little lighter - again particularly under the eyes. My forehead isn't too bad for wrinkles, but one frown line seems to have lightened up a little. I don't have terrible dark circles but again that area looks brighter too.

My skins hydration is definitely a lot more balanced and my skin type tends to now lean towards more 'normal' than the usual 'dry'. I don't have a need for a facial oil to boost hydration when using this regime. That surprised me, particularly being in winter, when the elements challenge my skin and I tend to need more hydration.

My skin is brighter and I feel it looks healthier. I've reverted to a mineral foundation, which is relatively light in coverage because I'm more comfortable with how my skin looks. At the end of the day my skin still looks pretty good and hydrated. My makeup still mostly in place (I use a natural mineral primer). My wrinkles don't appear to be harbouring as much makeup as they usually would by the end of a busy day.

My favourite product, based on results is probably the eye cream, closely followed by the serum. I'm not a fan of the serum's applicator, my only real grumble, but I'll get over it because I like the regime collectively, I know the applicator means no wasted serum, and I so want to stick with it and see what the results are like in another couple of months.

As always I think the L'Oreal skin care range is good value for money and really delivers some great results that you might spend twice the price on with other brands.

In my 40's and trying to 'soften' the signs of ageing I think these products are fantastic. With the anti-ageing buzz words in a skin care products like 'filler' and 'replump' you are always hopeful the brand has invented the affordable botox equivalent in a bottle with a bit of time-machine wind-back action to take you back 10 years.

This regime doesn't 'plump' wrinkles to vanishing point (but I never thought it would). However in my case, I got some real results in 4 weeks. With using this regime day and night, it did soften the deeper lines, and it rehydrated my skin so the fine lines created by dryness nearly vanished. My face looks less 'tired' and is brighter. My skin is softer and looks healthy. All wins for me.

As I swiftly approach my 40s I have started to think seriously about face care, and how I can ward off the aging process. So when I was picked to be part of the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Filler Regime trial team I was tickled pink!

The regime consists of 4 products - eye serum, replump serum for the face and day and night creams. Each product is nicely packaged and generous in size. In terms of usage of the products are also foolproof, and they look pretty snazzy sitting on my bathroom shelf.

The Revitalift Eye Filler is easy to use and is perfect to get rid of those nasty crows feet and laugh lines. One of my favourite hobbies is frowning, and unfortunately such fun activities come at a price - namely in the form of deep set frown lines. I am not sure if the eye serum is supposed to be used on the that weird bit of frowny skin between the eyebrows but I have been using it there anyway and am super happy with the results - after 4 weeks of twice daily use my frown lines are much less pronounced!

The frown lines mentioned above have also been getting a twice daily dose of the replump serum which I have been using on my whole face. At first I wasn’t sure about the serum because it felt a bit sticky on my face but after it dried my skin felt lovely and soft. The purpose of the serum was to make my skin plumper, bouncier skin and fuller and while I can’t be sure if my skin is more bouncy (because what does that even mean?) I can say it does feel more plump and full!

Next up was the day cream which I just LOVED!!!! It made my skin feel baby soft and healthy. It is easy to apply, the jar has a generous amount of cream in it so you don’t have to be stingy and it smells pretty good.

Finally, the night cream which is probably my favourite of the four products. Not only did it leave my skin feeling like a million dollars it is also purple which is a nice change from the standard white creams. I liberally covered my face in this every night and woke up looking 3 days younger!

I used the regime religiously for four weeks and have noticed a considerable difference in my face. I look younger and more fresh which in turn has boosted my confidence. I honestly belive It’s only a matter of time before I am asked for ID. This is one regime I will definitely be buying again!

This range consists of and eye cream. Serum. Day and night cream. I have been using all 4 for almost 3 weeks in an row now and have noticed big differences in my skin. All products absorb easily and are no greasy.

This range has higher levels of Hylauronic Acid which is fantastic for reducing wrinkles and adding elastin back into your skin. Does it do what it says...YES it does! :-)

I used the eye cream every morning and night. Then applied the serum and allowed it to absorb into the skin and do its thing before applying the day or night cream.

The entire range working together has made my skin softer and more healthier looking. My fine lines are disappearing, the bags under my eyes have tightened and I've been receiving alot of compliments on my skin.

I feel I may have found my new holy grail skin care regimen. You only need small amounts making this range great value for money. I would highly recommend.

Personally I am of the opinion that to get the most out of a product it’s best to use a full regime simply because generally a range is carefully designed for products to work together as well as compliment each other. The L’Oreal Revitalift Filler range doesn’t disappoint. My skin is noticeably plumper and the lines on my forehead, between my brows, my smile lines & lines above my top lip are diminished. AND no reaction from my sensitive skin, which is always a bonus. The range is simple and straight forward to use. The packaging is stylish with minimum waste from the day and night moisturisers. I wasn’t overly impressed with the serum but it did work nicely with the day moisturiser. My favourite product of the four is the eye cream. Not only has it reduced eye puffiness but the metal ball applicator is incredibly soothing. I don’t have crow’s feet or lines around my eyes but I’m happy just to have that puffiness gone. Overall I have no issues recommending L’Oreal’s Revitalift Filler range.

I have definitely got a few areas on my face where I have considered Botox. I probably would never go through with it as needles are my biggest fear but the thoughts lovely.. smooth skin. I think this regime is a good starting point, much cheaper, readily available and seems to work.

I loved this set. Day and night my skin lapped it up. I can’t complain - honestly it smoothed and buffed my skin leaving long lasting results that I am still in awe of. I have never had quite a results like it from a product. My skin is at the age where it is beyond certain natural and more simple anti aging products so I can’t really stand to waste money on products that don’t work anymore which sadly is some of the cheaper or more natural options available.

This whole set is a favourite. The eye cream so cooling.

The night cream light and moisturising.

The serum easily absorbed and smoothing.

The day cream primes and plumps.

I wake in the night and notice my skin still feels soft and plump not dry patches either which is rare for me in winter. I wake up in the morning and still notice the effects so they are quite long lived.

You follow up night with the day cream and serum and again you have the noticeable soft skin.. it’s not just soft though.. upon applying my makeup I have been noticing I use much less foundation or bb cream so it’s saving my skin and wallet there too. It must have smoothed and primed my skin as that’s kind of what it feels like and seems to do so the results are really obvious when it comes to day time wear.

Sneaky partner has also been dipping his mitts into this and when I busted him he said it’s been really nice for his skin.

Definitely worth a try and farmers usually do little test pots for you so might be happy to fill a pottle for you to try before you buy even.

I was lucky enough to be sent this regime to trial and review. The regime comprises of: Revitalift Filler Day Cream, Revitalift Filler Replump Serum, Revitalift Filler Night Cream, and Revitalift Eye Filler.

All the products come packaged in luminous, pale purple boxes, with the Revitalift branding in red on the front. The key ingredient for this range is Hyaluronic Acid. The Day Cream and the Night Cream both come in 50ml glass jars. The Day Cream is distinguished by its luminous light purple container, and thick, white texture; the Night Cream by its luminous dark purple container, and thick, light purple texture. Both are easy to apply by dipping your fingers into the product and scooping it out. Their scent is mild and fresh.

The Filler Replump Serum comes in a syringe-like plastic tube with a needle-like tip. The tube is 16ml, and you can dispense the product by putting the “needle” directly onto your face, and then pushing down on the dark purple button on the end. The serum itself is white in colour and creamy in texture. You do not need to use much, and the syringe-like dispenser only ejects a small amount with each pump.

The Eye Filler comes in a 15ml grey plastic tube with a dark purple screw cap. The “revolutionary applicator” is the metal tip of the tube. It is round, and flat on the tip, which allows you to run the tip of the tube around your eye contours easily, while also massaging the eye area. The cream itself is white and has no discernible scent.

I believe these products are designed to be layered. The Filler Replump Serum can be used alone, morning and evening, or before the application of the Day Cream. You are supposed to let it sink in for a few minutes before applying another cream. Perhaps I was not patient enough, but I found that even with my dry skin, the creams were much too thick to be layered. When applying the Day Cream over the Serum, I found that the cream pilled. I think it would be even worse for oily complexions.

I have enjoyed using this range. All the products have been gentle, and very light on fragrance. My skin is very dry and sensitive, and none of the products have irritated my skin. My eyes in particular are prone to irritation, and they were not irritated by the Eye Filler. The Serum helped to plump the skin between my eyebrows so my frown line looked less prominent. My favourites, however, are the Day Cream and the Night Cream. Both are thick, rich and gentle, and both moisturised my dry, sensitive skin very well. Altogether, I think these products do mostly complement each other, and can be used together as a regime. But you can easily use them individually, and choose which products from the range work best for you.

The only good things about this range was the eye cream and the general texture of the creams. If anything my skin felt drier and the creams just seemed to rub off rather than sink into my skin. I also broke out around my t-zone and had an increase in blackheads. I wouldn’t use this range again, it made my skin worse
