I bought these cheap at a makeup sale for about $6 and also got the no oil version. This removes my eyemakeup really well and gets rid of all waterproof makeup. There are 80 pads in each pack and one pack lasts me about 2 months. It has a very very faint scent which is barely noticeable. I'm not sure what this is meant to do for my lashes but it has basically the same effect as the no oil one. These are all well soaked in the makeup remover solution and the lid was quite good at sealing in the moisture so I didn't have to worry about it drying out or evaporating.
Highly recommend this especially if you can find it on sale or cheap.
Tips: Fold up a circle to make a pointy triangle and use that to get into the nooks and crannies around your eyes.
