Received a deluxe sample of this bareMinerals Pop of Passion Lip Oil Balm in a surprise sample bag which I had as part of my beauty.com order a month or so ago.
This cute little package lip balm is adorable and it has a lovely bright colour combined with a soft floral scent that makes this a pleasant to use. However I found it has done nothing of benefit to my lips after using it. I seem to be reaching for my normal Trilogy Everything Balm as the cooler months roll in and my lips start to dry out.
The oil is evident in the lip balm as the body of it has a slight dewy effect that made me think of pale licorice, however it isn't sticky and leaves only a thin sleek shine across the lips, which is comfortable but doesn't remind long.
I wouldn't replace my normal balm method for this version as I saw no difference to my lips or wear-ability.
