L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Youthful Brightening Tissue Mask Reviews

I’ve never used a mask like this so it was a new experience for me. I wasn’t a fan of how messy it was and to be honest if it hadn’t been for this review I probably wouldn’t have persevered. I took a bit of figuring out to separate the layers and not tear things but once it was opened up putting it on was easy. It was big enough and could be easily moved into place.

By the end of the time i had stopped worrying how wet and messy it felt and was enjoying how soothed and cool my face felt. Even after massaging the serum in my face did feel tacky which I didn’t quite enjoy but after about 5 minutes it felt lovely and fresh.

I’m not naive enough to believe a single use is going to reduce my fine lines but I do think my skin looked brighter and better hydrated. So would I use it again ..... yes but I still wish it didn’t have to be so messy!

This one off mask comes in a packaging that is easily opened, inside is a mask backed in blue there is a lot of serum in this mask so it comes out very moist but not overly sticky. Apply as instructions, peeling off the blue side of the mask. It moulds beautifully into the face and I patted in place once the blue side was off. I lay back and relaxed, this mask felt both cool and refreshing - I think it would work for a lot of skin types as i never felt any stinging or reaction to the serum and it felt like a very fast 15 minutes. Once I took the mask off there was a lot of serum still on my face and even after massaging in I left for longer for the serum to absorb into the skin. There was improvement to my skin it did look brighter and a little more toned, my skin also feels softer. Absolutely worth trying and I would like to try over a month to see what results I can get, easily facial for home use. For those who want to Improve their skin at home, this is a facial mask I would recommend. I like L’Oreal products as I feel I can trust them and their research they put into their products.

I have been selected to review the L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Youthful Brightening Tissue Mask and I put it to the test this weekend. I have used masks before, never used a tissue mask. I didn't enjoy it.

As recommended, I washed my face before starting the process. I removed the mask from the packaging. It started to get messy right there having to use both hands to apply it onto my face. I like to use one hand to apply a mask, keeping the other one clean.

Once I applied the mask on my face, I peeled the blue film and relaxed for 15 minutes. This is when I thought that my neck wasn't getting any treatment. I usually apply the mask on my neck as well. After 15 minutes I removed the mask, massaged the serum into my face and jumped in the shower.

Looking in the mirror after the shower, I agree the mask made my skin looked radiant and relaxed, unfortunately it dried my skin too.

As I only have one sample to try, I can't test it on a longer period of time. I wouldn't be interested to anyway as the packaging and mask produce too much rubbish for my liking, none of it being recyclable in my opinion.

I would not recommend the product to my friends as it didn't suit my skin and doesn't fit my values of recycling. I have used L'Oreal Paris Revitalift products before that I like, but this one isn't my cup of tea. Max 2 out of 5.

The mask comes in a standard sheet mask sachet - it is soaked in serum, with excess in the pack. I used the excess on my decolletage and neck to avoid wastage.

It was easy enough to unfold and apply to my face. I'm not sure if the backing of the mask is necessary, I've used plenty of tissue masks that don't have a peel-off backing and to be honest, they were no more difficult to unfold and apply.

The mask stayed in place comfortably and didn't move around. I felt it was a generous size, and the eye, nose and mouth holes were of adequate size and positioning - I could breath and feel relaxed.

I left it on for upwards of 30 minutes and upon removal my skin had a salon-facial glow. I patted the excess product into my skin.

My skin was noticeably brighter for the next few days and very smooth to the touch.

This mask would make a nice relaxing addition to any skin care routine.

Sheet masks are a funny thing - I don't consciously go to buy them, I tend to see them in store and purchase on a whim.

This sheet mask by Loreal has a backing on it to make unpeeling and positioning the very thin mask easier. It's a slimy task, so keep a tissue handy to wipe your hands afterwards.

I found the mask a little small for my mahoosive face - there was an inch or so of my forehead uncovered. But the nose flap and mouth flap were ok so that's probably more important!

There was no distinct smell to the serum, and overall it was a really relaxing 20 minutes wearing the mask.

I think the product really did soak into my skin, the over-saturation of the mask ensured that my skin was given a thorough drink.

I really loved the brightening of my skin, it looked and felt dewy, refined and soft.

I do worry about the impact of these single use products and wish brands would consider multipacks to lesson the plastic waste.

Overall though, my experience with this product was positive!

I've never used a sheet mask before, I'm not sure why, I think maybe they just felt a bit gimmicky to me? I mean why sit with a tissue on your face when you can just apply the product direct?

Well. I confess. I was judgier than Judy and sheet masks really are the best beauty treat ever.

I just adore everything about them - I love the cooling feeling, I love that the product stays on your face and doesn't drip or run. And yes, I admit, I love the thrill of looking a bit ridiculous and hoping that no one pops round, or the kids don't wake up.

As my first venture into sleep masks, I must say, L'Oreal has set the bar pretty high. My skin looked and felt incredible after use, much brighter and glowier and so, so soft.

The positive effects lasted for a couple of days.

I'm sad I can't buy more right now, but I will be grabbing these as soon as they're in store!

When i first got it out of the packet it was a little bit hard to seperate and place in the right position on face. You put on face then peel off blue backing, once on face you can slide around face easy enough to get in correct position. Feels quite cool and relaxing when on my face. Soothing and i wasn't in a hurry to take it off as it felt quite nice. I have normal skin so no irritation at all. After 15min i took off and did not rince face, i rubbed in the serum like the directions said. I did not notice my skin look any different. Left serum on till the morning and noticed my skin was soft and smooth in the morning which was nice. But not a big difference at all. I probably wouldn't buy again as i didn't think it did anything. But it didn't do anything bad either. I liked the refreshing side of it but no lasting benefits for me. Thank you so much for the opportunity to review this product.

I found this mask at first quite messy to put on and found it quite hard to get it in 0lace then peel off the blue sheet but once I had that sorted it was easy to leave it on an in place for a decent 30mins I removed the mask and rubbed in all the extra serum into my skin it absorbed quite quickly and well considering how much there was the after affects were GREAT my skin felt smooth soft an had a flow to it like a teenager again I found it was great for the entire day but that was about it I would love to do this at least 3 times a week but not sure if I could keep up with the cost of that but I would recommend for people that may have those dry spots as they hydrate them patches quite well and for a good length of time would last a few days until u repeated the process so overall even though it was abit messy it had the results I was hoping for and it would be a product I would use again for sure.

I unwrapped this non-scented mask to find it fully saturated in serum product which felt slightly sticky to touch. I positioned it on my face easily and let it do its magic for 30 mins although it does say to use for 15 mins. Once I had taken it off, I massaged the remaining product into my face and then squeezed the excess product out of the mask (and packaging) and applied it to my neck and decolletage area.It did feel a little sticky afterwards. I did this straight before bed but when I woke in the morning my face had absorbed the excess product and left my skin feeling plump, hydrated, soft and very smooth. I did feel it had a healthy glow to it but can't be sure of any anti aging claims as I only tried this mask the once. I would definitely use this again when I need a little relaxation and pampering.

Felt it bit weird on my skin at first, but once I took it off, my face felt wonderful and soft and looked fresher
