L'Oreal Paris Sublime Bronze Tinted Gel Review

One of the first bronzers I ever tried was L'Oreal Paris' Sublime Bronze Tinted Gel. I was attracted to the familiarity of the brand and the gel formula appealed to me as I was afraid of obvious streaks! I also liked the value of the product, the large plastic tube holds quite a lot and the budgeter in me knew I could squeeze out every last drop.

The formula is a tinted bronze gel which is a good consistency, just thick enough that it doesn't run all over the place when applied. The only downside of this is that I found it did take a bit longer to dry than some self-tans, so your skin was left feeling slightly tacky for some time. The scent has that typical 'fake tan' smell that lingers about for some time so this really is a product best applied the night before or morning of a date if you don't want the smell to be a dead giveaway that your tan is not au naturale!

I'm fair to medium in colouring and naturally tan very easily in summer, this formula creates the perfect summer bronze on my skin without the orange undertones. The tinted formula also makes it easy to see where you have applied it so you're less likely to get patchy results.

I would use this product again and recommend it for fair to medium skintones, it may end up being a bit dark on those with very light or cool-toned skin.

This has to be my #1 tanning product and on every occasion that I have used this, I have received compliments about how amazing and natural my tan looks! It may take a little longer to dry than other tanning products however I much prefer this over quick dry options such as a bronzing cream as this tan (when dry) is not affected when worn in water.

This is basically an instant tan. although if you screw up you to bad. Has a very pretty sparkle and a brown tone not orange at all. But like i said if your not the best at applying tanning lotion i wouldn't risk using this

This is definitely my go-to tanning product. The formula glides on effortlessly leaving your skin with a sun-kissed glow from the minute you put it on. Over a few days, the formula builds up to produce the 'tan' that many are after

really nice tan. really easy to apply never goes streaky. has a nice smell not overpowering and yuck like many. lasts about 5 days to a week. Would use again and a good price.

Next to Lancoste this is it! Great coverage, doesn't look orange, light, nice scent, easy to apply. Winner!

Being a first timer using this i was impressed, it gave an overall nice tan, i really liked the smell, it did take a while for it to dry once you rubbed it all over your body and a tad sticky. I would use this again

This was the first ever self tan I bought. I gave my legs a nice bronzed colour at a really affordable price. It great because you can build up you colour to what you desire. It lasts nice and well and didn't go all splotchy. My only downfall about it is that will takes quite a while to dry and I have had some times where it has gotten on towels and sheets.

I really like this product and I'd say it's one of the best self tanners I've used. I like that it gives a gradual build up of colour and has a shimmer so that skin looks moisturized and supple. I found the tan lasted quite a while as well, and didn't wash away like some tanners. I'd definitely use it again!

I used to use this tan all the time but I just got over waiting for this tan to dry - as it seems to take longer than other tanning products!. It gives a really nice glow to your skin and the tinted colour makes it easy to apply. I really like Loreal products and this isn't an exception. However, I do feel like there's better fake tans out there, so I have moved onto other products that are quicker to dry.
