This gorgeous lil coffee scrub was in the recent vault. (Thanks loads BR) I'm a scrub-a-holic. I love em! Every 2nd day I'll use a body scrub. They work wonders on my dry skin and always leave my skin feeling super soft.
This coffee scrub comes in a round metal tin with a screw top lid. The scrub is JAM PACKED into the tin, you literally couldn't pack another single sugar granule into the tin. Then I'm hit by my favourite scent, it's like taking that first sip of my favourite brew first thing in the morning. A sweet coffee scent that is a delight to the senses.
I take a spoon with me to the shower to scoop out some of the scrub and then scrub around my body, I do need a few teaspoons worth to scrub around my whole body though.
I love this scrub the sugar and coffee granules all seem to be the same size it's easy to scrub around and with all the oils in it, it moistures my skin nicely. The best part is it's easy to wash away, I don't know how many scrubs I have used where the coffee granules stick to your skin and make your skin look dirty.
I love how this leaves your skin feeling soft and moisturised and slightly coffee scented it's got to be the best coffee scrub I have tried.
This is just pricey enough at $17.99 per tin but i would buy it again as it does do an amazing job. I've used this four times now and I'll probably get another two uses out of it.
I was lucky enough to score this in the vault! It's a screw on tin that has the product packed to the brim.
It smells of coffee, and makes you smell a bit like a barista. I find it annoying to open a tin as water can get in and dissolve bits of it and the lid doesn't fully screw on easily.
Other than that, as a scrub, it works well. There are lots of oils and it doesn't dissolve too quickly so I feel you can get a good scrub out of it and your skin is left feeling hydrated so I don't follow up with moisturiser.
I probably wouldn't repurchase just because of the price and I don't think the packaging is the best for a sugar scrub.
