I picked this up to try in one of the Revlon Christmas gift sets. The mascara has cute packaging; it comes in a pirple tube with a pink lid. The wand is very large and fluffy, so it can be a bit clunky to work with. One quick swipe of the mascara volumises my lashes perfectly as well as lengthens them considerably. This isn't clumpy at all, and it provides a good volumising effect where it doesn't look like you have doused your lashes in mascara. It has a dramatic look yet looks natural. I find it easy to remove with make up remover too. The other perk is that it's cry proof. I had an awful day on one of the days while wearing this and despite crying profusely (oh dear lol) this didn't result in mascara running down my face, the mascara mostly stayed put and I didn't look a mess! I was quite impressed by this. It's easy and quick to use to get it to look good, removes easily, and is cry proof (and presumably sweat proof too!). I recommend this if you want a mascara that volumises well without giving you that thick clumpy look.
I was surprised by this mascara, as Revlon isn't a brand I would normally go for. However, this mascara left my eyelashes fanned out and voluminous, making my eyes pop. The creamy formula is fantastic for building volume, when applied in multiple coats. I also like the idea that it is enriched with olive oil, because it leaves me feeling as though I am nourishing and treating my eyelashes with vital nutrients.
Revlon mascaras are the shiz. I have never had a bad one yet. This is the latest one I have used. It makes my lashes long and separated, no glugginess. The brush captures the little corner lashes really well. Doesn't smudge on me and lasts the day. I have the regular blend as I don't like waterproof mascaras. At $25, you can't lose.
Tips: Great value.
