NIVEA Stress Protect Deodorant Aerosol Review

I usually use clinical protection deodorant as I find I tend to get quite sweaty. Nivea Stress Protect worked well at preventing body odour on its own without using my usual deodorant, I still felt I got fairly sweaty which was not ideal but most deodorants I have used in the past have been much worse. I didn't put it to the test for the 48 hours but still felt fairly fresh after a long day at work so thats good enough, who doesn't put on new deodorant each day anyway? When I sprayed the deodorant on it was great as it did not mark my black clothes as many deodorants do. Overall I think this was a good deodorant on its own, for me I felt I still need the clinical protection plus the stress protect.

I love the idea of a deodorant targeted specifically for stressful situations, though in practice I don’t really notice much of a difference to other deodorants that work for me in all potentially sweaty situations, whether due to stress, heat or exercise! Nivea Stress Protect dries fast, smells okay, isn’t irritating to my skin and hasn’t marked my clothes. I tested it during a couple of stressful meetings and on two long, hot runs and found it as effective as my usual deodorant (Mitchum’s roll on 24 Hour Active), which is about as effective as I think is reasonable to expect of any deodorant - I don’t think anything will stop you sweating after heavy cardio, but you can at least smell fresher longer! I didn’t love the scent as much as other reviewers (it’s quite a strong/cloying artificial ‘fresh’ kind of scent) but it’s on par with what I’d expect from the brand and at this price (that is if you generally like Nivea’s deodorant scents I think you’d like this). I do love the trial size, and definitely wish you could buy it in this size - would easily purchase it then, as it would be great after the gym because it’s cooling and dries faster than my current roll on deodorant.

I found this was a good product but I couldn't find or tell any difference between it and a different kind of nivea deodorant. I wouldn't say its specific for stress related sweat either. It does smell clean and refreshing though which is good.

I was really excited when this came in the mail, as I can become stressed easily and I usually use a roll on deodorant (and have been wanting to try an aerosol for some time). I didn't receive this in the mail until Friday afternoon, so have only had a couple days to trial it, however I am liking it! It dries so quickly, much quicker than I was expecting, and doesn't mark my clothes!! It has a fresh smell which was pleasant and the smell lasted the whole day. I also have sensitive skin, and this didn't sting when I applied it. Through out the whole day, stress protect kept me feeling dry and fresh, and not sticky like some other deodorants I have used. It is also really light, it sort of feels like I'm not wearing deodorant at all! I wasn't in an extremely stressful situation or doing intense exercise so I can't comment on that aspect as I wasn't able to fully test it, but I do tend to stress a bit about small day-to-day things and I felt that this deodorant kept me dry all day, like it said it would. I really like the trial size as it's a good handbag size- Nivea should make it in this size :)

I have used this product daily for a week now, There is a light powdery feel under the armpit but I hardly notice it unless I touch it. I enjoy the gentle fragrance that lasts throughout the day and when I'm doing light activities I feel it's still working by the end of the day. I've had a couple of stressful times where I would normally sweet profusely but while using the stress protect I noticed that all I had was some heat and a very light amount of dampness on my clothes nothing compared to what I'd normally get. overall I would definitely use this product again and in fact I am starting a new job soon so might be able to right another review then. Also I really like the trial size I received and I hope they make them in that size as it is so easy to put in the handbag.

Great smelling and lasts all day, I have only used for work and dog walking, but has definately kept me smelling fresh and odor free all day. Would be great to use in any stressful situations, such as exams or job interviews. Has been really hot and humid the last few days so great to have a product I can rely on.

I'm in the middle of changing flats, which means organising power, internet etc... so it's a very stressful time, but this deodorant has saved me! I honestly didn't think it would work as well as it did, but it's as if I have had nothing to stress about at all! It smells nice, lasts well (though I'm not sure if it lasts the full 42 hours because I shower every day), and it didn't leave any white marks- I definitely recommend it!

The fragrance was good,not over powering like some aerosols out there.The good thing is that it doesn't leave a white cast. Provides good protection on warm days too.Definitely would buy.

Now with this aerosol I was very surprised. It says it's supposed to relieve stress caused by smelly armpits. I usually do smell after a day at work however I did not have this issue and my armpits still had it's beautiful scent which compliments by perfume well. A bonus is that it doesn't leave huge white marks, I would definitely purchase this product and use again.

I have really put this product to the test with a few stressful days and some intensive exercise and I'm really impressed with it! It has a clean scent that doesn't fade over the day leaving me feeling refreshed and ready to go at all times.

I have always been skeptical of the "48 hour antiperspirant protection" that so many deodorants advertise and again, I didn't really notice a huge antiperspirant effect. But in saying that it has definitely been more effective than other deodorants I've used.

I am definitely going to be buying this when I run out, and I might possibly try their Stress Protect Roll-on.
