Weleda Citrus Deodorant

It comes in a heavy glass bottle with a non aerosol pump. This is definitely citrusy and gets rid of odour however I found the alcohol content to be strong and didn't feel comfortable with that. I ended up switching to a regular deodorant from the supermarket.

I love this scent it's my favorite line that Weleda does this deodorant not only smells amazing but it actually works I use the roll on more so than the spray but it's natural and it smell too good and works beautifully this has been a repurchase of mine for a couple years now its worth it!

Having gone through radiotherapy some years ago for breast cancer, I have been very particular about what deodorants I use. I have tried many over the years that are natural and have no aluminium but found that most just didn't protect me from underarm odour. That is until I started using Weleda's Citrus Deodorant! I am confident that it is safe, it has a wonderful citrus perfume and absolutely does the job! I use the spray at home and the roll-on is perfect when you are travelling. I have recommended this product to many of my friends. Thanks Weleda for this safe and effective product.

This is the best all-natural deodorant I’ve ever tried. I’ve tried natural deodorants in the past but have always been put off because I didn’t feel they worked as well as I should have. But this one is a winner. I like the idea of using a deodorant that doesn’t contain aluminium so this is why I gave natural deodorants another go and found this one to be effective and worth the extra money. It also smells great with a nice lemony zesty smell that is not overpowering, just fresh and nice - a great smell for a deodorant. I definitely recommend it to all those who care about what they put on their skin.

I totally agree with what was said below, this product smells like gin and tonics!!!

I find it works pretty effectively (not as effective as antiperspirants with all the nasty stuff) but most effective of all the natural deodorants I have tried.

The bottle is heavy and luxurious... when I put this on in the morning it feels a lot more fancy and decadent than spraying on a cheaper alternative.

Haven't had any issues with the nozzle. I do sometimes think that given that each underarm probably needs about 2 sprays that the bottle won't last very long but so far so good and it's lasting well :)

I also find this is good on my sensitive skin. It never burns/stings which I have experienced with some other natural deodorants.

I consider this one quite expensive, although the quantity bought is large. I don't like the weak spray effect, sometimes the nozzle would dribble and cause waste, an aerosol provides more strength. Effective as a deodorant? Yes, mostly, but sadly in really hot times the regular, cheaper roll-ons outdo this natural product.

Love the scent of this, and I also really like that it contains no aluminium or any other potentially health threatening ingredients. But it does not control sweat whatsoever. I can see the bottle lasting me a really long time, as I will probably try and stick to using this during the colder months.

I wanted to love this because I hate using products which are bad for my body and bad for the environment, but this just didn't do the trick! I stuck to it for about three months, but I ended up giving up and going back to nivea sensitive aerosols. It just doesn't control body odour! It isn't antiperspirant so I didn't expect it to stop the wetness, but no good for controlling odour, esp since I'm a gym junkie. It's a nice smell (kinda like lemony gin and tonic-yum!) But that fades, and then you get the B.O kick :(.

I am on my second bottle of this now & really love it. I don't like to use antiperspirants which contain aluminium, and this is definitely one of the better ones out there (I have tried a lot of them). It's really easy to use, the lemony smell is so fresh and springy, & the bottle looks cute in the bathroom :) Don't expect it to work as well as the regular aluminium deodorants.
