The Body Crystal Wildflowers Roll On Review

After trying so many different deodorants in search of one that would work I hoped I would like this one. Unfortunately I would'nt buy it again. It does have a nice scent, but it just does'nt seem to dry. It definitely does not protect against body odour, and it stains my clothing/bras.

I go to the gym every second day and using this product I found I wasn't as near as sweaty smelling as I normally am. I enjoy the fact that the fragrance is not overpowering which prevents the fragrance and perspiration mixing together which is still unpleasant. I would definitely buy this product again as it stops the body odour directly from the source of perspiration instead of covering it up like other deodorants.

Hmmmmm, I have been using this for a good 1-2 weeks. Positives .... Natural product, No sticky residue, Scent fades reasonably quickly and isn't over powering, does a okay job if not doing much e.g going to sleep etc Negatives ... Smell from bottle is initially quite a over powering smell, Not value for pricing (over priced), Staying power isn't very good... especially when exercising. A Similar to many other supermarket deodorants just a lot more expensive and having been using Rexona Clinical protect for a few months now (which is a few dollars cheaper) I'd say I wouldn't purchase this product again and feel I'd stick with Rexona instead.

I was so excited to try this when I saw that it had natural mineral salts- what a dream for my sensitive skin! I like the fact that it’s made from natural ingredients (as I tend to buy those more often, due to my sensitive skin) and not rested on animals. I think it did slightly irritate my skin though, on a couple of occasions throughout the day my underarms got a bit itchy, but no severe reaction and only twice over the two weeks that I have been using this product. I didn't get any reactions when I first put it on, it felt refreshing. The scent is quite floral (being named wildflowers I would expect that), and on the first sniff I was a bit put off. I found the smell quite overpowering and a bit musky. However when I used it, the smell wasn’t as bad and it faded over time. Sometimes, during the day when I would move around I could catch a faint whiff of the deodorant and it was actually refreshing to smell the flowers. This deodorant kept me dry most days, I’m usually at uni, so I’m rushing around a lot, and being in the stuffy library I can get relatively hot, but I hardly felt damp under my arms which was pleasing. It’s also been pretty cold in Dunedin lately, so could be different in hotter weather! On some days when I was particularly busy or running late, I could feel dampness, but it wasn’t too bad. It dried pretty quickly, didn’t feel sticky and didn’t mark my clothing, and I found that I didn’t need to apply too much to get good protection. I think the bottle is a good size and fitted into my hand well. It was easy to unscrew and grip, and the ball is big-ish (bigger than my current one), and distributed the deodorant really nicely and efficiently. The ball didn’t get stuck either, which can be a real pain with deodorant! I like the pink and white colour scheme; it’s quite neutral and fits in on my vanity. Overall, I found that this deodorant was effective, but probably only slightly better than my current one. This was a bit disappointing, I was hoping for it to be much better. Compared to others, it is relatively expensive, so I wouldn’t necessarily buy again, despite the fact that I found it good. However, if it was cheaper, I would buy it again! I will continue to use this :)

This deodorant has a light smell, it can be over powering straight from the bottle, but wears away when put on the body. I found this deodorant to dry quickly, and not leave a sticky residue, it also did not transfer to my clothing. On days where I was not doing a lot, simply attending classes and doing some study this deodorant worked great. However on days where I was more active, I found it did not work as well. If I was rushing between classes and work, or going from a cold walk outside to an office inside, as soon as my body temperature started to change I could feel myself becoming a little sweaty feeling and the deodorant was not doing its job. It's good to see so many good reviews for this on here as I won't feel so bad about mine. First off I like that it's a natural product and good for sensitive skin.. in saying that it's definitely not for me, the floral scent is quite strong and reminds me of my Nana, I found the roller ball sticky and hard to use unless you squeeze the bottle hard when applying then roll repeatedly until some comes out not like a usual deodorant that glides on. I unfortunately have the flu right now so sense of smell isn't the best but after a week of using with a blocked nose I still smell of Bo by the end of the day, even did a hot wash on my work shirts as they were smellier than usual, in its defense I need a really good quality strong deodorant applied twice a day so hoping a natural product would do the trick was probably silly. Cost wise it is quite pricey compared to other products. Great for people who like natural products and didn't cause any issues with my skin but I wouldn't recommend it if you have any sort of activity to do or if you sweat a lot in general.

It has a really lovely subtle floral scent, which I love because sometimes deodorants have really strong scents that sort of permeate everything. I have sensitive skin as well so I was really happy that it didn't irritate. Add to that the bonus of it being ozone friendly and a general feel-good product, and I think this is a really nice roll on!

I found the texture of the deodorant to be quite runny but it is easy to apply (possible runny to me because I don't usually use roll-ons). You may need to wait a few moments for it to dry otherwise you might smear it around a bit. If it does spread around a bit it's not a big issue because it doesn't leave any residue. I wear black clothing for work and it hasn't left any stains. Smells nice, pleasantly floral and strong at first but it does fade over time. I haven't noticed any adverse odours when I use this so that's a plus. All in all, it's pleasant to use if you prefer the roll-on application.

I received this deodorant last week to review & boy was I excited! I have folliculitis under my arms which means that I'm often sporting a red painful rash & it's VERY easily irritated by shaving and deodorant. I have to be extremely careful about which deodorants I use and so far I've had to throw at least 5 in the bin.

I loved the fact that this deodorant is natural and contains no nasty ingredients. It's always a high hope that a natural deodorant will be able to provide adequate odor protection through out the day!

The first thing I noticed about this deodorant is the scent. To me it smells like a floral insect repellant. Not horrible but I wouldn't have chosen this fragrance had I been purchasing it myself. The scent fades after an hour or so on the skin so it's not a biggie.

The deodorant left my underarms nicely moisturised, it dried very quickly & the roller ball was smooth to use and it spread easily.

I'm not the most active person so I couldn't tell you if it will withstand intense physical activity but for me being a fairly busy mum of two it held up well for the entire day. I had no noticeable body odor & it left no marks on my clothing.

I would definitely repurchase but probably in a different fragrance. It's a really great option for fans of natural skin care products!

I thought that this deodorant worked really well. It kept me feeling fresh all day and I like how convenient it is to able to apply it anywhere to the skin. It is definitely easy to use. However it is quite pricey and costs more than an average deodorant but it is worth it, as application is only needed once a day. The results have proven that the product works to prevent body odour.
