OPI Nail Lacquer Review
Reviews
Great colour that goes with everything, a must in your polish kit, and good for nail art to. A nice glossy black or use matte topcoat for a different finish. Quick drying and longwearing. The best brand of polish I've found.
OPI is my favorite nail polish and I love this colour. The sparkle effect gives it a wow factor and I love it. Itend to use the colour and then put clear gel over the top to make it last longer.
Tips: Use it
Wow this is the best, looks super great, everyone Keeps telling me how nice and pretty it looks on. It's really worth getting this!!!
I love this colour. My cousin was wearing it one day and I could not stop staring so had to buy my own. Was also the very first O.P.I I purchased.
Ink is one of my all time favourite nail polish shades. It's a gorgeous dark blue-purple colour, with little bits of pink shimmer throughout. Looks awesome on it's own, or the perfect base for nail art (particularly galaxy nails!). Never had any problems with streaking or bald spots with this. It's a perfect 2-coater.
I love glitter so this nail polish was too amazing to resist buying despite it not exactly being the best colour for my skin tone. I kind of don't get the name though.
Tips: Very gritty, may need a few layers of top coat if you don't like the bumpy texture. Also took me a while to remove all the glitter when I decided I wanted to change my nail polish.
I love the new San Francisco collection. This colour is beautiful and I think will work well with most skin colours. I'm a sucker for OPI and this is my go to for the spring!
Tips: Adding a clear top coat will help the polish last for longer
I bought this shade on a whim, it's quite an usual duo-shade (purple/green) with silver shimmer. I actually liked it with one (thickish) coat rather than two or three.
Tips: Try it with different number of coats to see what effect you like.
I'm so in love with short white nails and my cheap polish I had wasn't cutting the mustard so I went out and purchased this one in the weekend and to be honest I was left pretty disappointed. I expect good quality out of brands like OPI and Orly and most of the time I love them but when it comes to pastels they always seem to fall short. The first coat is super streaky and the second coat doesn't always come out streak free. Three coats is just getting too thick and tough to dry without bumping or smudging.
Tips: You might have a hands down way to apply pastels and light colours without streaks and I'd love to hear from you if you can help me out because I'd really like to invest in more colours for the summer. Wait for farmers to have a buy one get one free and stock up so you're not forking out a small fortune for a polish :)
