I have very short nails that arent very flattering with nail polish, I have had my nails done every month for the past 7 years and have mainly had acrylics, after so long last month i thought that i would give my nails a rest, but because I have had them done for so long they have ruined my nails which were paper thin and real rough. I have found that the OPI Mariah Carey The Impossible nail polish has an immaculate shine, and being quite sandy its mixed in just wonderfully with my already rough nails but giving them a real lovely texture. They sparkle and as I am quite dark skinned the colour really suits my skin tone and my nails even though short really stand out. I really really like it and would highly recommend it!

I love it!
Tips: I found that 2 coats was sufficient, they shine and its very hard to chip so you can be rough and it still stays on. I have 4 soon to be 5 kids so I am really busy and use my hands alot and my nails look the same as what they did when I first applied the nail polish!

A new splurge maybe?
As a solo parent of 2 demanding boys, i tend to only buy the cheap $2 shop nail polish. Obviously there is a HUGE difference in quality here using OPI. In the 3 days since applying my polish has not chipped at all as appose to an hour or two with the cheapies! I love the colour and although the texture (liquid sand) took a little getting use to im in love with it now! As i absolutely love nail polish i think i will definately be treating myself with a bottle of OPI here and there =)
Tips: I used a base coat first just to smooth out any un even surfaces in my nail and also just to help stick the nail polish better. I also used two coats of the OPI Mariah Carey - Get your number as i like the darker finish.

OPI Mariah Carey - Get Your Number
Awesome product!!! Easily applied, I found two coats were enough, although if wanting to go that little bit darker, a third wouldn't hurt. Relatively quick to dry. Dries to a matte finish, with the glitter giving it a textured feel. A wee bit hard to remove, although, a lot of the glitter polishes are. But overall, great product and would definitely try the others in the range too!!!
Tips: Wear gloves where and when possible to prolong the life of the polish on your finger. It definitely is a solid polish, but can tend to chip slightly during washing dishes.

Long lasting sparkly glitter
I love the O.P.I When Monkeys Fly. I have tried lots of different glitter nailpolished but most of them chip and parts of the glitter come off. But this O.P.I nailpolish has been amazing, it has lasted for one whole week without chips. The transparent colour is perfect over other colours, it also looks great when worn by itself. I would definately buy this again and recommed every girly girl at least owns one of the glitter When Monkeys Fly by OPI. :)
Tips: Great to be worn over other nail polishes as an outer coating!!

Wicked Colour! Czechbook OPI
Just got my Czechbook OPI today and I couldn't wait to try it out, The colour is even better than what I thought it was going to be like, I have applied a base coat and two top coats and it glides on well like all opi colours. LOVE the colour :) A++

Can't find my Czechbook - escape to Central Europe
I love this colour! This shade of teal aqua blue has been a favourite for a long time, and now I finally get to wear it on my nails too! The colour isn't too dark or light, so it's great for all seasons. I recommend wearing this with a neutral coloured outfit and some accessories in a similar colour, to really make this colour pop.
This would make a great colour for a modern French mani - use on nail tips, with a thick base coat of a cream colour (ie. OPI My Vampire is Buff). Would also look great with a chunky glitter on top.
Very creamy, easy to apply formula. It's OPI so I'm sure it will last ages too.
Tips: 2-3 coats works best. Be creative with glitter or french manis, or keep it simple for a more classic look.

Just gorgeous!!!!!
I just ADORE this colour. As with all OPI it glides on beautifully, colours beautifully and so far has lasted very nicely. The colour itself is just divine and will be gracing my nails all autumn and winter....and probably spring and summer as well! One of the things I love most about this colour is it's versatility. Apply one coat for a more subtle look for work and day time. Apply 2 coats for a darker more striking look and either leave it matt or add a top coat for more shimmer.
Unlike other liquid sand nail polishes I found the finish of this one to be MUCH more enjoyable and reminding me less of sandpaper!!! So overall I say BUY IT!!! I know I'm certainly going to when this bottle is finished!
Tips: Play around with the application, try one layer or two or even three! Leave it matte or make it shine with a top coat!

Perfect Nail Polish
LOVED this nail polish. The colour is a lovely bronze colour with gold and silver flecks through it. It dries with a sand paper sort of finish which is perfect for people like me who always seem to dent my regular nail polish, this isnt a problem though since this polish dries super fast. Literally takes about 5-10 minutes to dry fully compared to regular nail polishes who are not completly hard even after an hour or more. Loved this polish, is a great colour, interesting finish and so quick to dry. Will be using this a lot in the cooler months. Remember to use a base coat to protect your nails.
Tips: I used two coats of this. I waited for the first coat to be semi dry before applying the second (this literally took a few minutes, you can easily tell when its dry when the 'sand' starts to appear). Waiting for it to dry helped the second coat have something to hold onto rather then just moving the colour around your nail. If the sand finish is not your thing, try a top coat over it to get that shiny smooth finish, shouldnt take too much away from the sandy/matte finish. I would say that this polish will be a wee bit harder then usual to remove, soak a cotton ball in nail polish remover and hold it on the nail for a few minutes, this will loosen up the polish and it should slide off easily.
