Olay Regenerist Retinol24 Night Facial Serum

This wee bottle of serum had a noticeable effect on my skin after a few weeks of using it. Skin looks brighter and tighter. The serum itself is a lightweight white non sticky milk that absorbs without leaving residue. It’s delivered in an exact amount every time you use it which is great as takes guesswork and wastage out of the equation! It’s very affordable at $39 bottle and will last you ages. No fragrance at all.

I have been using this for about three weeks and I have noticed a massive improvement in my skin! My skin is more hydrated, smooth and any dullness has vanished. The texture is lightweight and velvety and applies easy from the dropper.

Fine smile lines are not as deep, and skin is looking more healthy and youthful. Retinol is recommended to start off minimally to build up the tolerance, although I found this wasn’t harsh and was ok to use every second night. I noticed slight dryness on my nose the first couple times, but that was it.

I will definitely be re purchasing when this has finished!

Have to say I am pleasantly surprised with the product. Absolutely love the packaging and the applicator of this serum. Easy to use and very practical.

Have been using this product religiously every night without fail. Absorbs easily, smells great, spreads well with no stickiness. Skin feels soft and subtle. I must say, I was extremely impressed with this retinol product. Normally when I use retinol, my skin dries out for a little bit before it gets use to using it. Not with this product! I experienced no dryness at all. I have normal-oily skin, so dry skin is not the norm for me. I’m 33, so I do have some “life” lines haha. But nothing too major. My main concern is my pores. Since using this product, I have noticed that my pores look visibly smaller, which I am stoked about. People have also commented saying my skin is looking amazing and that I have a glow- some going as far as asking if I’m pregnant! (Which is impossible since my partner is female haha). I do have a pretty good skin care regime, so I think the combination with the retinol serum and my skin routine has made my skin amazing. Overall, I am extremely impressed and will be purchasing this again!

Olay have some great products and this product is one of them. I have really enjoyed using this serum and have noticed my skin far more supple and firm as well as being more hydrated. You don’t need much product out of the bottle so it will last a while and it doesn’t have any scent so that’s also a plus. Only thing with the retinol is not to forget to put sunscreen on each day as the retinol acts with the sun and you end up bright red. (Lesson learnt) I would repurchase this product time and time again it’s wonderful.

I've been using this for a few weeks now - I began with using once every 5 days for about 2 weeks, before gradually building up to daily use.

I've only just begun to really notice the results, four + weeks in, but I have to say they are good! My skin is very, very smooth and radiant and so balanced - there are no oily or dry patches. Fine lines, laughter lines etc look much improved and I do feel I look fresher, if not younger.

I experienced no reactions or retinol sensitivity but I did follow the instructions - and I was religious about SPF, even on overcast days.

I love the Olay packaging, its definitely a brand that has upped it's branding game, it no longer looks old-lady-y.

All up worth a go - just go slow and invest in the 4-5 week period for results.

My skin is showing early signs of ageing so I was pretty keen to try this lower-end retinol product as I have been recommended to try retinol.

It is suggested to ease into retinol use, so week one I only used it twice, week two I switched to every second day, and I am now on to every day use. The use of sunscreen is very important while using a retinol product, so I have switched to a daily moisturiser that contains SPF. I also wear hats outdoors, but have been doing that for a while to protect my face from the sun anyway.

The packaging is beautiful, absolutely love the colour that Olay have chosen to represent their retinol line. Purple definitely gives off a luxurious vibe!

The pump automatically distributes the recommended amount for your face and neck - it's important to not overuse retinol and a very light covering is all you need. I like that I don't have to guess as you would have to with a normal dropper. Simply screwing the lid back on is all you need to do to get the next pump ready.

It claims to minimise fine lines and wrinkles, and I can say after 3 weeks of careful use that yes, my frown lines have lightened and the very beginnings of crows feet have relaxed right back. My makeup is going on smoother, and my skin looks brighter. I am very pleased with this result!

This product is very well priced and is the perfect option for those wanting anti-aging skincare on a budget.

This night serum is so nice and luxurious, I wake up and my skin is always glowing after using this. I have a bit of acne at the moment and I have heard that retinol as well as helping with ageing can help with acne. I haven't yet used it for 28 days but I am already seeing a decrease in my acne after a couple of weeks and my skin is overall radiant and feels much softer. I love how the pump works it is very clever and gives you just the right amount. Would definitely recommend this serum to someone with some acne.

This was this first retinol I had tried. I purchased as I noticed frown lines. I was shocked how silky this is! It absorbed quickly and left my skin beautifully soft. It even completely removed my frown line! I have used two other brands after using this one and the Olay is by far the best! I will be purchasing it again after I finish my current retinol.
