Olay Moisturising Lotion Review

Before I became a skincare tart, always looking for the next big thing, Olay was my go to moisturiser. I adored how light it felt on my combination skin, how quickly it absorbed, and the scent! Oh the scent! So light, yet chic smelling. I've since used other Olay products (for more mature skin), and I've enjoyed those too. But the original Olay will always have a special spot in my skincare-loving heart - and even though it's marketed for skin with fine-lines, it's a moisturiser I wouldn't hesitate in introducing my daughter to when she comes of moisturising age.

For the price it's a total winner!

Bought this as a cheap alternative, now kind of wishing that I had spent a few dollars more. It does moisturise my face and is very light scented, a little but does go a long way. However the packaging is a bit messy and difficult to use everyday. Prefer using averno to this but otherwise ok.

I found it to be a reasonable low priced basic moisturiser...Good to have handy in the beach bag or when travelling when you dont want to have your "top tier" moisturiser knocking around in your bag. It is quite thin so it spreads easily and is very light. I have also used with a little foundation for a low maintenance style home made bb style cream.

For several years I used Oil of Olay Classic Beauty moisturising fluid and found it to be substantial. The packaging is simple, it is easy to apply and leaves the skin smelling gorgeous. I have found that my skin now needs something a little heavier that will last a little longer. It is still amazing and I buy it for my grandchildren who love it!

Olay has to be one of the most classic, well known brands on the market. Whenever I smell this product it takes me instantly back to my childhood with my mum tucking me in bed and kissing me goodnight with the gorgeous Olay scent.....

This is an incredibly effective moisturiser. It absorbs beautifully, without leaving that horrible greasy feeling. I love the colour and scent of this lotion, and the price tag is incredibly low so makes it a really economical buy.

I love this moisturiser! I have extremely dry skin and this is the best I have found for it. It doesn't feel heavy and doesn't break me out :)

I use this moisturiser 3/4 of the year, when it comes to winter it isn't enough thydrating for my dry winter skin

I have used this moisturiser for years and have adored it. My Nana used it before me and the smell is a reassuring scent which makes me feel clean and moisturised. However in the last couple for months my skin has started drying out terribly and I am needing a more 'grunty' moisturiser - I have hit 40 however - maybe my skin is changing!

As a girl growing up, I always saw this product on my mothers dresser and always loved the smell of it.

This product is one of my essentials. Something I always put in my trolley while doing my shopping.

Has a wonderful, light scent.

This is a long lasting product that you don't need to use much of to feel moisturised.

I find my skin to be quite dry and rough but just a little bit of this and my skin feels relieved and smooth.

The males that I live with use this cream as well so I wouldn't say it was only for females.

i remember watching my mum use this daily as i grew up... i loved it when she let me use some! now im all grown up.. ive started buying my own! its still just as i remember it! i love the smell and the way my skin feels after ive used it.
