Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie Exfoliating Mask Review

After reading mixed reviews of this, I was hesitant to try it but as I received a sample I thought, why not? OH MY GOSH I am so glad I did!

On first appearance this product looks exactly like it has escaped from my kitchen blender. A pinkish-brown coloured paste that really does resemble a fruit smoothie, but without the smell or taste of course! I did like that it didn't really have a strong smell, a touch of fruit and clay, which made it feel more like a natural product to me.

I applied this after cleansing in quite a thin layer as I found you don't need to use a lot like most of the masks I'm used to. It felt nice and refreshing on my skin. I left it on 15 minutes or so before wetting with warm water to finish it off as a scrub. The fine exfolliating granules were the perfect size, allowing me to lightly buff the old skin away, revealing smooth, fresh skin underneath. A lot of masks and exfolliants work their magic with harsh chemicals that tingle, sting or leave your skin feeling raw, but this does it so gently it was pretty amazing to see such great results from it.

The next day my skin really looked glowing. I've used up my sample now and will definately be purchasing a full size bottle. The price is more than what I would normally pay for a mask, but for the results I received it's well worth it.

After using this product once, I decided that yup I definitely needed to repurchase it. I have never had an exfoliator that felt like it gave me absolutely brand new skin! Typically, the exfoliators that I have used in the past have beads or oatmeal and I haven't found that these have really "exfoliated". However, this product just stripped away all of that dead skin in a heartbeat. The formula is creamy and soft and has what feels like sand granules as its exfoliant (although you know its definitely not as harsh as what it would be to rub sand on your face! haha). I really like the smaller granules and have definitely noticed a change in the softness of my skin.

I use this in conjunction with the Oasis Beauty milk cleanser and it is a recipe for heavenly soft skin! So impressed

After reading all of your reviews I wanted to add my own input. I love this product but it's only an exfoliator. Some people use it as a mask and I have done that but don't feel any really huge benefits. An exfoliator is only a small part of the larger part of the routine and this one is great at what it does. I have found that this product alone won't reduce your pore size but if you use the Oasis Berry Brightening Tonic you will notice a reduction in pore size in a dramatic way after a couple of weeks. I have oily skin and I use the Tropical Smoothie every second day in the morning. It does leave you feeling fresh and isn't too harsh. I love the smell and I think it does its job incredibly well.

I got sent a sample of Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie and I already want to buy the full sized product! I have never ever seen such fast results from a natural product before and it smells so good!

A little goes a extremely long way with this product. I think I used it about 7 times before I reached 1/2 way of the sample size. I'm very impressed how long this can last.

I used it 3 times a week to exfoliate. (Tues, Fri, Sun) straight after my shower when all my clogged up pores have opened fully. I like to rub this product in circular movements on my face then rinse off . Afterwards my face is feeling amazingly soft and fresh, my pores are unclogged and overall I notice a difference immediately. Love, Love, Love!!

I found this to be a really lovely product to use. Didn't really have much of a smell but felt good going on and definitely made my skin smooth and glowing after wards :) You only use a little bit so it will last quite a while too (I'll only be using this as a treatment once I week) so the price works out to be pretty good. A great product to take away with you on a holiday as it pretty much combines 3 products into 1 ( mask, exfoliater and cleanser). Very happy with this product.

I feel so bad giving this a not-so-positive review, because so many of you ladies obviously love this! However, it just didn't do... well, anything... for me.

I love the smell, first off. It's super fruity and refreshing, and just all round delicious (although I don't think you're meant to taste it). I also really like the texture in terms of application: not too thick, like some masks can be, but not so thin that it's hard to get a good layer on.

I've used this as both a mask and just an exfoliant. Both ways, I feel like it hasn't done much. The little exfoliating beads aren't too rough, and do feel like they're doing a good job, but once I've rinsed it all off and moisturised, I don't feel like my skin has been properly exfoliated: I still have any dry patches from before, and around my nose/areas where I experiene a few blackheads, etc, I don't notice any difference at all. Above all, my skin just doesn't feel that much smoother than before, which is this product's main claim.

I got this as a sample from Oasis, which I would recommend - I've used it about six times, and I still have over half left, so it's a really good way to try it out. I dunno. It works for so many people, so it is worth a go - it just didn't work that well for me personally.

Oasis Beauty Tropical Smoothie must be one of the most hyped NZ beauty products on the market. Before trying it anywhere I looked I was reading amazing things about it. I was keen to put it to the test when I received a sample along with another item I had purchased from Oasis.

The first thing I noticed was the scent which is definitely pleasant.

I have always been careful with any product claiming to have 'beads' in it as these can sometimes be quite harsh on my skin. But I found that the jojoba beads did exactly what Oasis claimed they would do and left my skin feeling "super smooth and sexy".

I really appreciate the fact that this is a multi-use product - being both an exfoliator and a masque. It means that not only do I not have to find the money to purchase two products, but I also don't have to find the time to use two separate products.

Finally, I can't go past the fact that not only is this product good for my skin as it contains no colour, fragrance or parabens. But it's also cruelty free which always deserves a double thumbs-up in my book.

I first tried a free sample of the Beauty Smoothie and as soon as it was finished I bought the full thing. It smells lovely and is very quick and easy to use. It is amazing for exfoliating and really leaves my skin looking great! (much better than all the other products I've tried). You only need a small amount, which is great considering the price! It lasts a long time and washes off nice and easily - leaving you with soft skin! Oasis is definitely one of my fav brands and will definitely be buying from them in the future.

Personally this product did not add up to the hype i heard it to be. It does have a lovely fragrance and texture but I found when i left it on my skin like you would a mask it just started to irritate my skin and i don't have sensitive skin whatsoever. it did work as an exfoliate nicely. But personally i did not find a huge difference in my skin afterwards. and the exfoliating beads were quite of a mission to remove as even after cleansing my skin again because it felt quite oily afterwards i was still finding product left over.
