Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie Exfoliating Mask Review

This is a gorgeous face mask and scrub combined. It has a lovely fruity smell and is a berry colour. I apply it after cleansing and leave it to dry. When I wash it off it exfoliates my skin and leaves it clean and smooth. This is nice as a little treat and a skin pick me up.

I got a sample of this and I got 4 good uses out of a small pottle so it is safe to safe that a little does go a long way.

You really get a good 2 for 1 deal. The jojoba beads are so fine they exfoliate your skin really well but at the same time they aren't harsh. This is the first mask type product that I havnt had a reaction with.

I exfoliate with the beads first and then leave on. The mask is gentle to wear and feels nice and natural. Washing off can be a little bit annoying, those beads just get everywhere.

My skin is so much smoother and I will be purchasing. I don't think the price is that bad considering how much uses you will get out of it

This product had good reviews basically that's how I've been buying all my products thru the rave reviews and it's Oasis so it has to be great. unfortunately I don't like it. The product has an usual appearance but nice colour pinky grapefruit look. It is a twonderful in one product either a scrub/exfoliater or a mask you choose. Use is just like a scrub and rinse off or leave it on the face as a mask then rinse off. Either way I didn't like it. I know I don't want to be negative. But I found as a mask it didn't provide me the clinging tight feel or the hardness that a mask has when left on. So wasn't overly impressed with its mask effect. as for a scrub well it was ok. Not awesome but ok. Everything about it wants me to say its awesome the ingredients are all awesome the look of it the paste type consistency really does look like a smoothy and it has a friendly scent like all natural products do. That kind of scent you know it's good to eat or soak into your skin. It just wasn't my cup of tea. I still love Oasis. Maybe this suits the type of person who likes the lighter application of skin care masks and exfoliaters ?

I received this in a sample size - Oasis are insanely generous with their sample sizes, and each one really allows you to figure out how you feel about a product before you pay out the (admittedly high) sum to purchase.

The sample lasted me for around 5 masks, plus a couple of spot treatments. I actually prefer using it for spots personally.

One thing I love about Oasis Beauty Fruit Smoothie is the very thin layer of product you can get away with applying. Rather than the caked on, gungy look thicker masks leave you with, this just makes your face look like it has a brown tinge to it. As this doesn't dry and flake of either it's very easy to wear for the 20-30 recommended minutes. As you wash it off it turns into a lovely exfoliant. If you were short on space when travelling etc then this would be a great 3 in one (spot treatment, mask and exfoliant) to consider packing.

The sample came in a cute purple pottle that I've reappropriated to take foundation to the gym. It's a vaguely fleshy dark pink colour with a fruity scent and very small granules.

My preferred method is to clean my face, pop it onto spots and leave it (however long you feel like, I fell asleep in it last week) to draw out and heal the spots. As a mask, I've used better. As an exfoliant only, it's pretty pricey. But as a spot treatment it's effective.

Tried it, liked it, would certainly recommend it - but probably won't repurchase as for $50 it's just not special enough for me. Thanks Oasis for the freebie though - really pleased to have given it a try, and definitely know of friends who like it so will have to keep that in mind when I'm Christmas shopping!

I was given a full size of this beautiful scrub and mask in one product by my cousin who is a huge fan of any NZ natural or organic skin care products.

I can feel the difference to my skin straight after I used it the first time! My skin was baby soft and so very smooth. The jojoba beads are very fine so its not too harsh for my face.

I have tried using it as a mask and scrub my skin after the mask have sit on my skin for 20 - 30 minutes before rinsing off. I quite like that it is a 2 in one product for days I just want to give my skin special treatment.

I received this a sample which came in a cute purple pottle with about 4 to 5 uses worth in it. I used this as a mask, but you could use as exfoliatant also. I found it very easy to apply,you don't need much to get good coverage, goes on smoothly and wasn't too thick or mud-like as other masks can be. I found the product lightly scented, couldn't pick which fruit scent though. It left my skin feeling amazing, soft and well cleaned without that harsh dry feeling. I'll definitely be buying a full size version of it!

I'm a big oasis fan and everything I have tried I have fallen in love with. I was given a sample of this when I made an order last year and loved it but I thought I would be a good girl and finish the exfoliator I already had before buying another.

It comes in the classic Oasis cylinder tube where the pump is on the top and the product is pushed up from the bottom to the top and you can easily see down the side of the tube how much you have left.

First time I tried it as a mask and I didn't really like it and much prefer it as an exfoliator it is a light orange pink colour and very soft exfoliator the jojoba beads are ever so gentle so this would be great for sensitive skin. The scent isn't really knock your socks off fruit cocktail but more of a clay (playdoh) with a slight fruit scent to it. I do really like it though my skin always feels fresh clean and soft after using it and I find my night mask sinks right in after using it at night time. I love Oasis and how they are cruelty free organic and locally made. I will probably buy this again. It is on the slightly pricey side but I do think it is worth it.

This however... I'm on the fence. I received a sample of this in the Oasis goodie bag. It came in a gorgeous purple pottle and I got about 4 uses out of it. I don't like the smell of this, I don't know what it is, but I don't smell pineapple, or papaya. It says no colors, but it's a reddish purpley kinda color, but it's very attractive.

I tried it first as a face mask as it is a 3 in one but as it dried it irritated my face and I didn't like the feeling that much. It made me look like I had a dirty face, which I laughed at. But it washed off and my face was lovely and smooth.

I used it the next few times in the shower as I usually would a face wash, and the gritty deliciousness got all up in my grill. My moisturizer felt sooo good afterwards!

This bad boy is made locally in NZ, and is gentle enough for daily use, or a once off every week as a face mask. I wouldn't personally repurchase this, but I wouldn't mind using another sample in a few months time ;-)

Oh my goodness, I love this stuff! I used to get microdermabrasion facials to help eliminate the little bumps on my skin, but since using this, theres no need to! Fruit smoothie is a god send to my skin. It really works wonders!

I really do like this brand - after all I've purchased their entire skincare range but I do not like this product at all.

I have very sensitive skin and was excited to try out this face mask/exfoliation scrub as I find this skincare line to be nice, gentle and soothing on my skin but surprisingly this mask completely burnt my skin.

As soon as I applied the mask my skin started to get really itchy and it burnt like crazy. I had to rinse it off straight away and I was left with a red and irritated face. I'm guessing the fruit enzymes in the mask didn't agree with my type of skin.

Although I had a bad experience and probably wont be using this product again it sounds like other people have had awesome experiences with it so if you have non sensitive skin I'm sure it will do wonders for you.
