Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara - Washable

So I did really enjoy using this mascara initially. It made my lashes look suuuuuper long and defined, without clumping or smudging under my eyes.

The only downsides to this are the price, I didn’t feel it was worth 24 dollars! The bottle seemed to dry up really quickly and started going a bit clumpy upon application after that.

Overall, I’d recommend it but I do think there are better mascaras out there!

Liked it for volume and no clumps factor. It delivered on promises. I'd buy this again. And the price is affordable too.

I bought this after hearing all about the hype, I resisted it for a while, eventually gave in. What is the hype for? I tried it over and over again. It did nothing for my lashes, and I don't have short lashes. I'd rather buy the old faithful Essence false lash mascara than this. It's hyped for nothing. Don't buy into the hype, and for what I paid, I could have bought two even three of my favorite mascaras. Avoid at all costs.

I bought this after seeing the hype - and at $31, it really wasn't that much cheaper than some high-end favourites.

I had high hopes for this mascara as the style of brush usually works really well for my lash type and is similar to my favourite (Benefit's They're Real). However, the brush did not do me any favours and my lashes clumped together, it also did not provide much in the way of lengthening. Ive also noticed that I get a lot of smugding/transfer onto my browbone area from this mascara.

Naturally - I do not have a lot of natural lash to work with so that could perhaps be the issue, as it seems to work great for lots of people.

Love this mascara. Good thickening and lengthening of lashes with good separate definition of individual lashes. No clumping and you can regularly get this on sale so great price point.

I am a huge maybelline fan and have worked my way through most of their mascaras.. this included.

Its pretty, more so than their usual black and fluro tubes.. but I do get it lost in my makeup quite easily as it looks like a few of my other tubes like lilash etc.

Anyways.. I am a fan - it has the plastic style wand that isn't too firm it seems to flop around a bit but it does hold the formula well and it doesn't tend to clump too much. Its also a long wand and thins to a point so its easy to apply to the smaller inner lashes.

The formula itself is nice and doesn't sting or flake over the day. It also gives a nice fine long lash look that isn't clumpy or groups them together.. lashes look long and natural-ish.

Highly rate!

I have just started using this mascara this year and am in love! I love how the wand isn't too hard and glides through my lashes. I don't even have to use my eyelash curler before hand as this does it all. One thing I do find that can be a little bit distracting throughout the day is the product does seem slightly more heavy than other brands and so you can feel a bit of weight on your lashes. Other than the weight, this product is amazing and I'll be sure to buy this again, maybe the waterproof one instead next time if my local store stocks it!
