Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review

Much as I love many Maybelline products, this foundation was not a winner for me. It seemed to "melt" away fairly quickly and sunk in to fine lines making them appear much worse than they are! I think it may have suited dryer skin as it appeared way too oily for me.

This foundation sounded fab when I was looking for a soft, light coverage foundation for summer, but I was really disappointed with it! It wore off SO quickly (even when I wasn't out in the sun/sweating etc) and it felt like I was just putting coloured paint on my face! The texture wasn't very nice, and on my dry/oily combo skin it was a nightmare - patchy on the dry and sliding off almost immediately on my t-zone! On the plus side, it does come in a great range of colours :)

really nice product, makes skin a bit oily though, perhaps because I have oily skin. would be good for someone with normal to dry skin. good coverage, easy to apply, nice when set with a powder.

I can see a lot of people either love it or hate this product , and I am among the dislike group . :( For the money I suppose it performs okay , but I dont find the lasting power too great and it definitely didnt last the day so I was slightly disappointed .

This is a good foundation to use if you have ran out of the expensive stuff. It's not oily or cakey if you know how to apply your foundation right. It's great casually day to day make up wasn't to much coverage for me though. Not my first choice but still good non the less.

By reading these reviews I can tell lots of people absolutely LOVED this foundation, and so many people actually didn't like it. Unfortunately I am among some of those who didn't like it! It just didn't work for me sadly :(

This was my first real foundation and it was great for that, easy to apply, plenty of colour choices and worked well. I would recommend this as a start out foundation or a day wear because its not too expensive and does the job. My only issue with it is it doesn't last on my skin therefore wouldn't use it for a night out.

I hate this foundation I have purchased the same shade I normally use and it is way too dark for me. It is quite sad because I have only used it once and don't want too chuck it put because it did cost me money. Anyone got tips on how to lighten it

I bought this product to experiment on types of foundation. The only reason I will continue to use this product because it would be a waste to throw it away but I will not buy another one. I have oily, acne prone type of skin and I found this product very thick on my skin even though I blend it with my ELF stippling brush. The texture is very very liquidy however it is very oily on my skin. This product makes my face shine, like grease and it doesn't blend very well. It makes me feel that my face is so dirty. I will try using a sponge next time, maybe it's my application style. But the product I do not recommend for people with oily skin like mine.

I have a combination skin type and this doesn't do anything for me. It applies well but I found I have to use a powder or my skin looks very shiny. I also found it doesn't last very long.
