Maybelline Fit Me Foundation Review

This is my go to foundation, its very buildable, finishes flawless if you set it properly, i love how theyve come out with the pore minimising range and the better skin one also, sometimes it can look a touch yellowy but i kinda dont mind that.... Its blends really well, doesnt cake around breakouts. LOVE IT!!

This foundation is a bit of a hit and miss for me. I bought it in my skin tone which was nearly the lightest but it was a bit too orange, then i brought the lightest shade and it was way too light. For its price its a good foundation, its good coverage and lasts quite awhile. I found it could be quite cakey for my skin though it was a foundation i would use if i was going out to party and wanted a face full of makeup, wouldn't be something i would wear during the day it really clogs up my skin and took me forvever to remove. In saying that you get what you pay for, for the price its a good foundation has a few flaws but thats okay.

This is my go to foundation. The only negative thing I can say about this product is that it doesn't have a pump so applying may be a little messy.

My favorite part about this product is that it looks very natural and stays on pretty well. It has a nice creamy texture and blends super easy.

If you're looking for a light to medium coverage everyday foundation you should definitely try this product :)

This foundation is extremely light. It is great for everyday use as it doesn't clog the pores (as much as alternatives). It is very affordable and easily accessible. The unique design makes it different to other designs. Having to pour it out of the bottle is a little inconvenient. I recommend not to use this if you are looking to a full coverage look. But it can be used as a primer or tinted moisturizer to compliment thicker alternatives.

As a makeup artist I'm always on the lookout for beautiful foundations. Yes all the top end brands have great coverage or sheer coverage and staying power but I tried this on myself and fell in love. My skin is relatively dry so always use moisturiser beforehand and although a lot of reviewers say their foundation didn't stay on, I find no problem with it. I love the colour choices. If I can't find the right colour I use a darker and lighter one and mix...voila! Perfect match. The coverage is buildable and when I used it on others who needed it to stay all day, I pressed powder over top and they all reported their skin looked beautiful all day and felt as though it could breathe. In all honesty, this would be easily one of the best foundations I have ever used

I did not like this product at all!!! I was so disappointed by this product!!! The colours are very good however I found the lightest shade a bit too orangey. The consistency is very sheer but buildable yet It is not thick enough to cover up redness very well. I found this product broke me out very badly even after one day. Overall this product was not amazing for me which was disapointing.

I've read a lot of reviews on this foundation, mainly from beauty bloggers, but now I'm starting to believe they just back up whoever pays them. Disappointing.

I got this from farmers, the price is reasonable for the amount you get, and the lady at the counter told me what colour to get, and how my skin would be perfect. I was extremely excited. Taking in mind that I have combination skin, so some of the areas on my face can get quite oily.

This foundation didn't last on my face for too long, it melts quickly, and although it blends it nicely in the beginning, it doesn't stay that way unless you put some setting powder on top. It really was depressing for someone with my type of skin.

I didn't like putting powder on every 3 hours when out on a long day, and I certainly couldn't powder my dry areas. So now, I have a half oily, half matte face.

I still have a pretty full bottle, i'll use it to mix foundations etc, but never wearing it alone again!

I think this was my first Maybelline foundation. I used to love this but back then, I wasn't so into makeup and I was truly a beginner and didn't know my proper shades yet etc.

Anyway, I love the shade selection of the Fit Me range. It's great because you're bound to find a match and if not, you can easily blend two shades together for the perfect foundation match on your skin.

The formula is quite runny and be careful with the bottle because it doesn't have a pump. Since I have oily skin, I didn't find this foundation too great after a while. It just didn't last as long and didn't help mattify my skin either after a few hours of wear. I stopped using it and haven't reached for it in a very long time.

I think this is better for dry to normal skin but for oily ones, stay away. Maybelline just brought out a Matte + Poreless Fit Me foundation and that is much better for oily skin.
