Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

Extremely easy, effective little mascara. No clumps or and sticking together or lashes with this mascara! I absolutely love the simplicity of it, the brush helps separate my lashes perfectly and it goes on smoothly and evenly. Really love this mascara one of my all time faves !!!

this is a classic mascara,been rounf for years, i actually think it was one of my firsts masacara's i ever brought, its nice and simple,doesnt spread lashes all over the place,doesnt leave behind clumpy chunks on the end of your lash, its an overall good mascara.

When I was just a wee lass, this was my first mascara. It's really easy to use and is a perfect first choice for those just joining the makeup world. It's not the best for lengthening lashes but it's great at making them thick and dark and really stand out.

I have tried this mascara and definitely wouldn't recommend it . It gave no volume or definition to my eyelashes. It doesn't clump or clot but probably as it feels as if there's no mascara coming out . The look it gave is that of a week old lash tint ! I have tried other mascaras in the range and have been impressed

I'd hear amazing things about this but it failed BIG TIME.

I have naturally long, thick lashes but when I applied this it didn't really even look like I had applied mascara :(

The brush feels really light and flimsy and this does a nice job of seperating my lashes, but I found that the formula wasn't as thick as I would like. Because of this this mascara gave my lashes a really natural look, whereas I like something a little more obvious and dramatic.

If you like the 'natural' look then I would recommend this, but I personally prefer something a little denser.

LOVED this mascara just all round great coverage of my lashes the applicator brush is great and coats them all.

I used this for a good 10 years and found that every other mascara I tried didn't come close. But I have noticed in the last 5 or so years mascaras have improved immensely! I still support Maybelline bit I know buy the One by One. I would still purchase Great Lash if One by One wasn't available :)

I use a couple of different mascaras but this is definitely a favourite :) I have quite long lashes so love that this doesn't get clumpy and give me fly leg lashes like a lot of other products do. I also find the little brush is great at getting right at the little lashes in the corner of my eye. It doesn't smudge under my eyes during the day and is super easy to take off at night! Its a pretty basic mascara so if you're looking for something that lengthens/ thickens then this probably isn't for you but I love it for everyday wear :)

Hunting high and low for a great mascara, I tried this as it has been on the market for many years and recommended by many, and the price is right. It goes on easily enough, with a generous spoolie brush, a nice glossy black which plumped up my lashes. No extra length but I wasn't really looking for that anyway. Unfortuately it very quickly ended up showering down my face in little black flakes which made my eyes water. Mixed with the aforementioned black flakes I ended up with red smeary eyes. Not the look I was going for. Consigned to the bin.

This mascara does nothing for my lashes, I have pretty crappy lashes that need a lot of help from mascara to look nice. This formula is quite wet and the brush is tiny. If you have already nice lashes but they are light then I think this mascara would be great to just darken it up. Even when I've tried to build it up, nothing much happens.

I love maybelline mascaras usually but would never buy this one again.
