Maybelline Great Lash Mascara Review

It really didnt live up to its name of great lash..but I will say that I still like it, I am a fan of the more natural mascara's sometimes and this was like that. I have fair lashes so mascara is a must for me. This didnt clump, went on really smoothly and nicely, great coverage just it was very light coverage almost. But it lasted well , didnt give me any irritations all in all I was happy with the product. But if you were buying this for big bold lashes I wouldnt recommend it :)

Honestly, this mascara just didn't seem to do much. It made my lashes slightly darker but when wearing it I generally have to go over it with another mascara to get the desired look. It doesn't clump though which is nice.

My sister had this mascara and so I started to use it sometimes when mine ran out, or I couldnt find mine.

Didn't enjoy this mascara, found it very thick and clumpy, it lasted but with this clumpy look.

It was very hard to get off at the end of the day and didn't do alot for my lashes, however in times of thats the only masacra I have I would use it.

It's not a bad price so this is its one bonus :)

This product is amazing. It gives my lashes more colour and makes them look nice and longer. It gives my lashes a more natural look.

A kind of sub-par mascara, but for its price, it levels up a notch. It's very black, which is a plus. But a downside is that the formula is very thin and wet. If you're not careful, it can get everywhere, however luckily enough, it's pretty easy to clean up. Just wipe it, or use a little bit of water to clean it up. It lengthens and separates, and the wet formula means there are no spidery lashes or dry clumps.

I'm not too sure about Great Lash. I buy it about once a year, hoping I'll love it. It was the first mascara I bought after seeing the iconic pink and green tube in Mum's makeup bag for years when I was a kid.

However, the formula is so wet it's hard make it work for my lashes. My lashes are somewhat long and with other mascaras, have a decent amount of natural curl after a coat or two. With the Great Lash, it seems like the formula is too wet that it's just not buildable and it weighs down my lashes - which means I don't get length or volume.

It might be great paired with another mascara, perhaps - but for the meantime this is my 'no makeup makeup' mascara but even then I rarely turn to it. It doesn't work for me on it's own whereas other mascaras do, so I won't repurchase as it's too much hassle to get a good result.

I first used it at 12 or 13 and it's great for that age - it's noticeable but not at all 'makeup-y'.

I use this mascara daily, it doesnt clump and the colour stays throughout the day. It gives great length to my lashes also & it's not too pricey! winner.

This mascara been around for a long time i remember my mum using it when i was younger, it's a classic and my go-to option when i'm finished with a mascara i've tried that i wasn't a fan of.

What i like most about this mascara is the curl it gives my lashes, i don't know that it would be right for everyone i think it depends on the length and thickness of the lashes but it works for me, having average length and slightly thin lashes. I also find that it layers quite well, minimal clumping. This mascara seems to be the one i keep going back to the most.

I change my products depending on seasons and cost, but I always always go back to this product. It's a no fail, easy use mascara that stays put all day long, and makes my eyelashes look extra long and dark!
