Maybelline The Colossal Cat's Eyes

Although this mascara does do the job it is not exceptional. The wand and brush made application for me a bit strange and lead to a few lumps which lets be honest we all want to avoid!! However it does do the job. When at full price I think it is totally unreasonable but when on sale below 10$ I think it is still a pretty good buy

Loving the wand on this mascara. It's perfect for the bottom lashes which I have always found difficult to do without making a mess. The wand is quite small compared to the other mascaras and it has quite a big curve in it which makes applying mascara a breeze. Because it's so curved and the wand isn't bulky, you're able to apply yor mascara without the wand touching the under eye area. The formula is lovely to deal with, it doesn't clump up (I tend to wipe off excess product before applying) and it's quite buildable if you don't leave it too long inbetween applications. It lasts allday and it doesn't smudge throughout the day (unless the eye area gets quite wet, rain, sweat from the heat etc) so overall it really is a great mascara.

After my friends raving about how amazing this was, I decided it was my turn to go out and purchase it and give it a go for myself. I guess my hopes were too high, but it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be.

Firstly I thought it was overpriced for "just another mascara". I found it clumpy, and didn't really give my lashes that "Kardashian Look".

The tube is appealing, and i wasn't sure I was too happy about the curved brush... for around $30-$32 it really isn't anything to rave about.

My lashes looked clumpy and didn't really have any definition.

Think i'll stick with my favourite on this occasion, wasn't a winner for me.

This is one of my staples. I have tried a number of mascara's and this one is hands down the best so far. The brush separates my lashes and covers evenly. The formula glides on smoothly and I have not experienced any clumping unless and try put on a few coats - Def a one coat kind of product.

Love this mascara, so thick and elongating. Sometimes it goes on a bit clumpy sure but I do like that! Just. So perfect. And so affordable. Bought 2 in one go and DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL. Best buy!

I have got my friends hooked on this mascara. It gives my lashes a nice long curled look which I love. Sometimes it can get a bit flaky and a bit clumpy if you layer it too much. But overall I really like it, its not my ultimate fav but its up there.

This is the most amazing mascara I have ever tried and owned. My holy grail make up product of all time!

It gives my lashes the perfect amount of volume, length and also gives my lashes a little flirty tough at the ends giving it a slight cat eye effect. I also really love the brush. I must be honest, I thought the brush looked really weird and scary at first, but I just love it so, so much!

This mascara separated my lashes, made them very black and super long! I've had this mascara for a while and the formula is still very watery, not think and chunky at all. This mascara has a wand that I love! I bought mine in waterproof, and it is truly waterproof! The only bad thing is that it is so hard to get off!

I really like this mascara. It does create a great cat eye look with practically zero effort.

I've found I often end up getting tiny dots of mascara on my eyelid just above my lashline, but that could be user error at this point.

I have th waterproof version and I've found it has great staying power.

I really really love the brush, and think I might buy the non-waterproof version next time because I like it so much.

I got mine for 50% off which was a great deal - I'm not sure I'd feel quite so enthusiastic about it if I had paid full RRP though.

This Mascara is ok. I wouldn't pay full retail for it or even brag about it. It is extremely wet to apply and takes a super long time to apply. It does give you longer looking lashes & stays on all night and I like the curve of the brush. It also seems to clump a lot, not Maybellines best work.
