MAC Studio Fix Powder + Review

This is a higher end powder foundation a bit on the more expensive side but in my opinion i think it is worth the money!

It gives a full coverage flawless finish, completely matte. I would recommend this benefits oily skin as its very matte. I used this powder over my foundation and concealer for a full coverage look and it is VERY long lasting. However usually on a more day to day basis i can just use concealer and studio fix powder for a more toned down flawless look. It leaves my skin looking kind of airbrushed! Although sometimes when my skin is more dry i have to use quite a bit of moisturiser beforehand to hydrate my skin so the powder doesn't cling to any dry patches. (people with dryer skin beware of this)

I usually use this powder im a NW20 as I'm quite fair or the mineralize one which is equally as good in a medium colour. I find it great, even on its own it has great coverage and lasts all day. I like to have a break from liquids all the time so often just wear this on its own and I find I'm not compromising coverage which is what I'm always concerned about.

It is compact and easy to keep in my handbag for touch ups throughout the day when needed. I use it over my MAC studio fix foundation too and it keeps it nice and matte all day with no shine. Definitely worth the investment!

loved this product, was always a great pick me up during the day! because of my oily skin it didn't stay on to long but was great for thawing away the shine! the colour matched perfectly. it looks stunning in photos but it can get to powder your you face

This powder does everything it says and more, a full coverage powder to set your foundation or a velvet smooth powder. This powder should be used with a light hand as if I have to reapply during the day it can look a little cakey but I have been using this powder for years and it will always be apart of my collection.

I recently went on a MAC makeup shopping spree after reading all the great reviews on BR. I had only heard great reviews about this powder so of course I had to get it. It is an amazing product. It sets any foundation leaving a perfect flawless finish. It makes your skin silky and soft and any unwanted marks are no longer visible. It maybe a little on the pricey side but I say every cent is worth it. I use it with a powder brush which makes it look more natural looking and not at all cakey. It lasts the whole day without needing to be reapplied. I recommend this to anyone and everyone wanting a flawless finish.

I have to admit that I have combination skin and get an oily t zone so I love to use a powder foundation. This powder by Mac is amazing! I love the matte finish and it glides on smoothly and does not irritate my skin. I have also found that it lasts all day. I would definitely recommend giving this product a try if you have not tried it already.

I prefer powder foundations to liquid, as they don't irritate my skin as much. Therefore I am in love with the Studio Fix Powder, it stays on all day for a lasting finish! It's my go to foundation. I also love how the MAC girls match your colour as mine has changed from NC30 in Summer to NC20 in winter. Loved this product so much that I've hit the pan and NEED to buy again!

Amazing powder if you are looking for a full coverage powder, that is easy to blend! So many colours to choose from and a really quick easy option in a rush. It can get a little cakey if you use a heavy hand. But nothing that can't be fixed with a little setting spray! Do buy this if you've been needing a full coverage powder!

First off this isn't my favourite powder. Not even my favourite at MAC (that would be the mineralise skin finish natural) but it still has a purpose in my life/makeup bag. I find this great for having in my bag. Great wee mirror, wee sponge and a great coverage powder. Perfect for if your makeup has slipped off your nose, you've has a wee cry, or if a blemish has popped up. I used to have a concealer and a powder in my bag. Now I need only this.

after using mac studio fix powder for the first time i don't think i could ever go back to using anything else i always get the nicest compliments when using this overtop of my liquid foundation its super great!!!
