MAC In Extreme Dimension Lash Mascara Review

Its mac need i say more. I love all mac produckts and this mascara ticked al the boxes. I loved the tube its funky and catches your eye.

It a nice thick brush that i love amd ot made my lashes so long amd dark with just one stroke. And then i was hooked hehe. It lasted til tje end of my day and didnt leave any black marks under my eyes

I have purchased many M.A.C products before and their mascara are one of my favourite items to use as I can't recall using a bad one. This mascara is no different. I purchased the mini size gym dandy which is a rich denim blue but personally looks more purple. I don't wear eye make up everyday so I feel like bigger tubes get wasted.

Sometimes smaller tubes are fiddly and hard to use as the wands are not particularly big. While the wand is small the way the handle is design near the end allows me to grip and use easily.

The formula is perfect as it's not dry and won't clump your lashes together. I normally do about two coats of mascara which gives great volume and length. I really like the colour as its not too intense but is still noticeable compared to wearing black mascara and give an extra oomph to your eyes.

This has to be one of my favourite MAC mascara formulas (I have tried them all)!!! It does what is says and I love that it holds up better than their other formulas in the heat and I don’t get transfer on my undereye. The brush is rather large though and picks up HEAPS of product and if I use it straight out the tube it makes a mess. I gently wipe the excess back into the tube before applying. I have also used a separate brush from one of MAC’s trial sized mascaras and this works well too. I so wish they would revisit the brush to make it a tad shorter, and maybe make the neck of the tube a bit smaller so the brush doesn’t come out with so much on it. Still this is one that I use every week!

I love this mascara! I actually got it for free last year over Black friday when Mac had a Spend X amount and get a free gift. I didn't really need a new mascara but I'm so glad I got it! It's now my favourite mascara.

I find that this mascara lifts and lengethens my lashes. It separates my lashes well and helps create a nice bold look. If you've ever use Better than Sex by Too Faced I find it to be quite similar to that but now quite as clumpy.

The only bad thing about this mascara as since it creates quite a bold look, I find that quite a lot of mascara goes on your lashes so you have to be careful not to blink too hard as it takes a while to dry and leaves marks on your face that you then have to clean up.

Never the less, this is my favourite mascara of all the ones I've owned and I usually save it for special occasions.

I used to assume all MAC Waterproof Mascaras were alike. Alas, I was wrong and this is officially my least favourite of the three I have possessed. It's the key selling point which makes this mascara not for me, so I acknowledge it's probably perfect for many other people: the 'gigantic molded brush' is unwieldy and I make an absolute mess of both my eyelashes (uneven mascara application) and around my eyes where I get my skin instead and need to tidy up. The end of the brush certainly works well for lower and outer lashes (this is now largely what I use it for) and the formula is certainly something special, it is waterproof as anything and requires several attempts to remove (ie. cleanser plus an eye make up removal wipe) yet my lashes are currently super soft.

I was expecting more from this mascara.. thankfully it was free from trading in my Mac empties. The brush is huge and it’s so hard to evenly coat my lashes without it painting my eyelids with messy goop. It does not bring volume or much length it just coats my lashes. I would not recommend this mascara for the price there is much better out in the market. The amount of times I have knocked the brush into my eyes! I do prefer the lengthening mascara out of Macs range as it does what it says and also has a tidy brush that is easy to use to coat my lashes.
