Lux Exfoliating Scrub Body Wash Review

I have two different ones of these and I love the smells of both. I have the Evenly Gorgeous and the Shea butter and caramel one. They smell great and are great exfoliants. Lux is my official go to brand for body wash and the two I have are my absolute favourites. They're affordable anyway, but every time they go on sale at my local supermarket I always use it as an excuse to stock up.

This body wash is in a lovely container with a easy to hold shape to the bottle, not noticeable to look at but when you have wet slippery hands in the shower it's a bonus. The fragrance is a gorgeous warm Shea butter vanilla scent yummo and it does linger but it's not over powering. The wash its self is a lovely caramel colour soft and creamy, it foams up nicely, the wee beads are tiny I don't find I get a good exfollaiting wash with them but slap my exfoliating gloves on and this body wash and it's great. This is a nice creamy wash that slighty hydrates my skin, so I don't feel to robbed of moisture. This is a lovely body wash and a really good price, looks awesome makes you want to pick it up and buy it.

I'm obsessed with shower gel and constantly have a large supply on hand - and this is becoming a firm fave. I have the 'Evenly Gorgeous' one and it's *gorgeous*. Scrubs gently but effectively, cleans well, isn't drying, and smells amazing...all for a tiny price tag and a huge bottle. Lux have hit the nail on the head here - recommended to all.

I am such a shower gel addict and these body washes by Lux definitely tick all the boxes for me. They smell absolutely amazing and create a really awesome amount of bubbles! There's nothing worse than using a new body wash in the shower and it creates hardly any foam! That's no fun. Would definitely recommend giving these a go, the scent lasts quite well also.

OMG I love Lux Exfoliating Scrub Body Wash especially the Shea one! I get alot of compliments on the lush smell of it. I get a good exfoliation from the small beads in it which rids me of dry skin which helps keep my skin smooth and feeling nice. The smell lingers for a few hours after which is nice because alot of body washes I have used fade after I wash it off. The bottle is so easy to handle because of the shape it doesn't slip out of my hand which is handy. The design is pretty and I know Lux from a mile away so it's memorable and the colours of the bottle is exciting rather than white like alot are.

I loved the scent of this body wash, even though Lux may have skimped on a lot of other nourishing ingredient the fragrance wasn't one of them. It smells so gorgeous and like caramel. The granules are very fine and so aren't overly exfoliating but that's fine for an every day wash. I have to say the best thing about this wash is the scent and the price. But that's where it ends. I stopped buying this when in the shower one day I took note of all the ingredients although it did have some shea butter it had a lot sulfates in it. And haven't bought this brand since. If you don't mind lots of sulfates and stuff like that this has a gorgeous scent which will make shower times relaxing.

I've had this body wash a few times but I'm not a big fan. One of the biggest problems with it is that you need to use quite a bit to get it to lather up, so you end up using far too much body wash, and use it really fast. It also can be difficult to get out of the bottle when it's only a small amount left in the bottle, which is quite problematic. Apart from that it does smell nice so maybe that's a good part.

i have this in Tahitian escape i think its called? but i love it! just smells so divine and have little beads that burst on your skin. have repurchased a number of times as the price is just so cheap. the smell power dosent last too long but it leaves skin feeling super smooth :)

I've used this body wash for a while now, I just love the smell of it, also i have very dry and sensitive skin and am happy to say this did not irritate my skin. The little beads are great for exfoliating my skin and made my skin clean and feel softer.

I have been using some of these body washes for a while now, and as much as i love the smell (amazing!) and the fact that the tiny beads actually do exfoliate your skin a bit i found it didn't really moisturise my skin at all. It was still dry like it would be had i used a normal bar of soap. But i will continue to buy this as the one thing i really love about it is the scent, and that lasts for ages after you've used it, it also makes the whole bathroom smell great too, bonus!
