Lush Twilight Bath Ballistic Bath Bomb

I love my baths, it's a nice way to unwind and adding a Lush bath bomb just tops it off as extra special. I chose Twilight as they were out of my favourite one and I wasn't disappointed, I loved the surprise of a second layer changing the colour of the water and adding extra perfume to the atmosphere. I wasn't so keen on the glitter, it did feel a little like a child's bath with that floating around and it did make the cleanup a little harder. The over all mix of essential oils worked well together and made it a relaxing experience. I would buy it again but only if I couldn't get my favourite one.

I had heard about this bath bomb through YouTube and social media, everyone saying how amazing it was, and how it was their favorite bath bomb from Lush. I went out and brought it to see what it was like for myself. I had a long day from waking up at 5am and not finishing uni until 5pm then still had to go home and work on my assignments. My brain was wake awake. I put this in the bath. The colours were amazing a pretty pink and a light blue then mixing together to create a purple. The smell was amazing. As soon as I hoped in I felt relaxed and calm. After about 5 or so minutes I got into the sleepy daze. Which was great. I love this product I have already brought one more and will probably buy another. Would recommend this to everyone was so amazing.

This is one of my top three lush bath bombs. It has such an amazing, relaxing scent. I love using this in my bath before bed because it calms me down and gets me ready to sleep. I feel like lush bath bombs are really reasonably priced. you can also cut the bath bomb in half and use it twice. It is also such a pretty colour and it makes your bath look so amazing and colourful.

A bad day I'm home finally and run the bath grab the bath bomb I brought today in my haste and I brought the wrong one oh great, its pink and is embossed with moons and stars and no wee sparkles on it feeling disappointed I chuck this in my viciously filing bath, water swirling madly and this pink bomb does a wee whoosh and fizz and it leaves a faint purple and pink trail. I storm out of the bath room in disgust, only on my return I find in the bottom of my bath is a wee deep purple blob in the bottom off my bath oozing a trail off purple stuff yuck that just adds to my mood. But then I'm hit with the soft fragrance of ylang ylang and lavender not an old fashioned lavender a nice modern soft scent and my bath water is faintly purple with a little shimmer to it. I slip into my bath and the water is soft and fragrant and pleasant and relaxing, on drying myself my skin feels soft and smooth, and the fragrance lingers softening my mood. I find myself in my pjs making a hot chocolate drink and far away are the thoughts of before this bath bomb of playing ac dc and having a double vodka. Was this worth it YES my skin is left soft to match my mood and I smell divine. So for a relaxing bath yes I recommend this not the most heavily scented bath bomb but it does wonders.

This is The product that turned me into a lush addict! After reading so much about this on the BR forum I had to buy one to see for myself how great it really is. So living rural and the nearest lush store over 2 hours away i went over to their website and hurrah online shopping! Their website is easy to follow (and easy to spend too much) so I ordered the bath bomb and a few other things and 2 days later they were on my doorstep.

You can smell this big ball of goodness straight away through the cellophane it comes in. I can smell lavender and neroli.

So I ran the bath and popped the bomb in and wow I was mesmerised first the pink started coming out like foam then out came blue looking foam and a wee bit of yellow looking foam. The foam all dissolved and the bath was turned into a lavender looking and smelling oasis sprinkled with fairy dust. The "fairy dust" is a shimmer through the water it's not really a glitter, glitter is heavy looking where this isn't.

I gently climbed into the lavender oasis and just relaxed. every inch of my body relaxed and this doesn't happen very often for me but this magical oasis took me away, took me away from the day to day work and stress I was in heaven. When it was time to get out I had to slightly wake myself back up this was a magical journey I have never been on before and one I want to go on again. Even at $7.90 a pop it is worth it. Not only was it a great experience my skin looked and felt very soft and the frangrance lasted a couple of hours on my skin until I went to bed.

This is so pretty when i brought it the lady at lush talked it up a bit , Was a bit on the fence just because of the price and when i have baths I usually don't stay in that long, But decided to try anyways just because of all the hype and the lady said it had glitter in the in side! I also asked if i could cut it and only use half each bath as of the price for one bath bomb, But she said no as it has layers and it wouldn't cover your whole bath it would look translucent and you wouldn't get the whole experience, So I used the whole bath-bomb and it was good! i expected there to be more layers then just two, But the blue bit inside was sparkly. my skin felt really smooth after and i felt like a mermaid ! This also made my room smell amazing before i used it for my bath.

I made the most of a course I was doing in town just around the corner and stopped at Lush for the first time in a good couple of years, and it all came rushing back as to how much i love the store. I had heard good things about the twilight bath bomb on here, and since I wasn't looking for anything in particular I decided I would grab one as a treat to myself. I've only used a few bath bombs in my life, and they have usually been underwhelming and left my skin feeling a bit irritated, so I wasn't sure what to expect with this. Any doubts I had on the awesomeness of this product were absolutely unfounded. It smells incredible just sitting around - I had it stored in the bag in my wardrobe and every time I walked into my room got the scent of the lush bag. It's my favourite colour, a gorgeous pale purple with a bit of shimmer and pretty designs on it. I went all in and threw the whole bath bomb into the bath, I have a weird habit of running the bath super hot, then having a quick shower to wash my hair and then hopping in the bath, so by the time I got in the bomb was fully dissolved and my water was gorgeous and purple and smelled amazing. I don't often have baths, it's usually a toss up between extra sleep and a bath and sleep usually wins, but I'm so glad I decided to go with the bath, I was relaxed, my skin felt and smelled amazing, and the whole house smelled beautiful. I will most certainly be buying a few more of these on my next trip into town!

I purchased this on my first ever trip into lush. I didn't individually select it, but, received it in a holiday box I purchased to try an array of lush products and discover some new loves. This isn't my favourite lush bath bomb as I prefer the comforter bubble bar, but, I enjoyed using it for sure!

The design of this bath bomb is super cute and girly with its light pink shade and embossed pattern of stars and moons. Just as expected when placed in the water it fizzes up a storm, although it took longer than I expected to fully dissolve...leaving the bath water a gorgeous pale purple and the room filled with a relaxing soft floral lavender scent. Perfect for a relaxing evening bath before bed. The one thing I was worried about concerning using a lush bath bomb was that it would irritate or dry out my sensitive skin. Fortunately, it did neither. It didn't leave me particularly moisturised or anything special, but did nothing detrimental to my skin either so I was happy.

For the price this is a great way to treat yourself and have some relaxing me time, but, personally I probably won't repurchase this one...I would much rather use one of there more strongly scented bubble bars or bath melts which moisturise as well as smell divine :)

This bath bomb is gorgeous. Firstly, like most lush products, the first thing to hit me about this bath bomb is the smell. Yum. The only note I can distinctively pick up on is lavender. Now I know that may scare some of you off who don’t like the smell of lavender, but I’m the exact same as you. Lavender is a smell that doesn’t really appeal to me, however this bath bomb just has this delicate lavender smell that isn’t over powering, but just give this really delicate, soft scent to the room. And that’s before the bath bomb even touches the water.

The bath bomb is a light pinky purple, and has stars and a crescent moon on it. So simple, but so pretty. Once the bath bomb is placed into the bath, it starts to fizz, and release the pinky colour and that beautiful smell fills the room. Then, the blue centre of the bath bomb is released which changes the bath water to a cloudy mauve pink purply. The bath bomb I find is actually really slow releasing and takes a while for it to actually dissolve completely. A reason for this could be for some reason the twilight bath bombs I get are always really large, I mean bigger than a tennis ball! This is almost a third the size bigger than the other bath bombs I have.

This bath is so relaxing. From the gorgeous smell that fills the air, to the pretty water colour which is flecked with golden glitter. This bath bomb is amazing. Whenever I have a twilight bath, I get out just feeling so relaxed and good. This is a must try from Lush and one of my favourite bath bombs from them.

I have tried a lot of lush bath bombs, and this is one of my all time favourites.

I picked this up at the lush in queen street, after smelling it and falling in love with the scent. Its so hard to choose just one product at lush (i came out with 7!!) and I am very happy i decided to pick this one out.

The actual bath bomb is a pretty lilac colour, and has a moon and stars print which is really cute! I usually split my bath bobs into two since I have a smaller bath, and and to get the most out of them.

It has such a soothing, and therapeutic scent. It's ideal to use after a stressful day at work or school. It makes the bath sparkly like the sky, and the scent is like a field of lavenders!

Lush is amazing because it is cruelty free and has no harsh chemicals. So i always know its going to be great for my skin, and not cause irritations which can sometimes happen with other products.

Bath bombs are me fave!
