Linden Leaves Gold Toning Face and Body Mist Review

This is probably the most beautiful and luxurious looking product that I own. I mean, who doesn't want real gold in their skin products?! I have ended up using this product not straight after I apply other skin products but rather as a setting spray after I apply my makeup. And I absolutely love it for that. It smells great, my skin looks flawless and it sets my makeup beautifully. An added bonus is that it smells great too. So I'm quietly hoping that it is helping support my skin!

Pros: Smells amazing, gorgeous packaging, feels very refreshing, make beautiful gifts

Cons: Can be quite pricey (although I've bought a lot on sale)

I'm not entirely sure how good this is for toning but it smells and feels so nice that I keep using it. The gold flecks are a little gimmicky but are very pretty in the bottle.

I love Linden Leaves products and hardly ever buy any because they always seem so pricey but after being sent a 50% off discount I jumped at the offer.What a gorgeous elegant product this is with it's lovely packaging and pretty glass bottle with gold bits floating around,looks so expensive but that's where it stops for me.I found this spray left my face too wet and the scent was too strong and 9 out of 10 times it would end up in my mouth even though my lips were always closed.I did not notice any thing different about my skin other then it started to break out after 3 days of using this so based on that alone,I will not be repurchasing and will just keep the bottle I have as a perfume spray because it does smell lovely,just not on your face.

I saw this onsale online so picked it up. It's pretty to look at with the gold flakes in the bottle. Has a spray top. Tried using this as a toner a couple of times but didn't like it for this purpose. It is quite scented.

Did use this as a body moisturiser type thing. After spraying and before rubbing it in, I did notice that the gold flecks were on my skin. It is quite nice to look at, a suttle shimmer look. I find it to be a very light moisturiser. Probably would have been better to use as a body refreshing spray in the summer? ( I have been using this during the autumn/winter)

I don't think the gold flakes have a purpose except for looking boujee. It isn't a product I needed/need in my routine. I only purchased it for the aesthetic. I'll finish this up but won't be repurchasing.

I picked this out because I love toners and it looked pretty on the website with the gold flakes in it and proven results for skin tone improvement.

When it arrived it came packaged in a pretty white box with gold writing and gold pattern around the box. The bottle itself is a clear with gold writing. I love gently shaking it and watching the wee gold flakes.

After I cleanse my face I get the toner, close my eyes and spritz the toner over my face. The spray comes out quite thick, it's not exactly a fine mist. It's also quite heavily scented and smells quite soapy. It's not bad but just strong. Since the mist particles are quite big I pat it into my skin with clean fingertips. Afterwards I look at my skin and it looks nice but nothing spectacular I used this for several weeks but didn't notice any skin tone improvement. Then the spray nozzle kept sucking up the wee gold flakes and spraying them on my face, while I like gold I'm not really a huge fan of the flakes all over my face.

So once this happened I decided it was best to use it on my body it feels refreshing, but probably better in the middle of summer on hot days. Overall it's a middle of the road product for me I will use what I have left but won't repurchase.
