L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 Night Cream Review

Claims to not leave a sticky residue but I definitely felt some tackiness and a bit like the sleeker side of a bit of baking paper. BUT and here's the catch, it doesn't matter! My skin is soft, I smell nice and feel clean and my recently formed turkey gobble neck seems to be retreating...Magic.

When scooping the cream out of the container it feels thick like a mask but smooths thinly over the skin. It has a light fragrance that is not bothersome. For the price, it is economical and will last me 2-3 months and I'm sure I will restock because of the way my skin feels in the morning. It feels tighter and hydrated in the morning and has improved in tone and texture. Definitely worth a try!

I understand the concept and feel extra pampered working my way through the regime steps finishing with the night mask cream.

The consistency of the cream is akin to a thick settled Greek yog. The scent though is subtle, light and clean, light freshly washed and aired linen. The absorption is a little disappointing as it didn't really absorb into my skin at all. I found it sat on the surface of my skin in an oily film... for hours.. In my routine, I put it on mid evening and a few hours later went to bed. However, I have to say - worst sleeps ever as my face stuck to my bedding... I tried this more than once, altering my routine and the amount a little each time but got the same results. Face glued to bedding.

It's a pity because I quite enjoy a little pamper party at the end of a hard day followed by a relax and regenerating sleep.

I love the look of the new X3 range in their beautiful bohemian ruby red coloured glass pottles, offset with a silver lid, and minimal branding. The overall look is expensive and spa quality. The outer packaging has all the optimistic claims based on clinical trials using very few women so the statistical accuracy is questionable.

But really it was my face glued to my pillowcase that really ruined it for me.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this product. Although I found the moisturiser quite think it does goes into the skin nicely. A small amount does seem to go quite a way. The scent of it is nice and not over powering at all. It works well with the other products in this range. I have found my skin is brighter and my pores have decreased a little. The packaging is nice and simple with easy to use lid etc. I would recommend this product.

This cream is thick and nourishing which I'm not fussed on for a day cream but love in a night cream. I wake up with highly moisturised almost oily skin in the morning but I don't mind as I'm going to give my face a good wash before the morning routine. The only thing I did not like about this product is the strong fragrance. While it is not unpleasant I find it very strong for night time when I'm trying to relax and not be over stimulated. I would love this cream with a very light fragrance. I used this after the Glycolic Pads and the Serum from the Anti Ageing Regime from L'Oreal and I have had a lot of compliments on my skin since using it.

Another great product, nice smell and texture. Mys skin felt amazingly soft in the morning. I think with continued use I will definitely see more results.

I'm not a huge fan of night creams, I usually find them quite heavy and greasy. This one is quite thick, but didn't feel as greasy. It has an unusual texture - it's very smooth, but it has an almost jelly like feel - although it's opaque. Quite hard to describe, if you touch the surface lightly it springs back. Anyhoo, the cream itself is pleasant. Like the rest of this range, a little goes a long way, so you only need a tiny amount to cover your face and neck. I would have preferred a pump bottle so I didn't have to use my fingers (I'm not organised enough to ever have those stick thingees on hand) but I imagine it would be too thick to pump. If you use too much, you skin will still have a coating of it in the morning. I will say that my skin has never felt better, which is probably because I am using all the products in the range.

Wow, I felt so lucky to receive this for testing. I'm not yet 40 but I do suffer from dry skin. This was the first bottle I tried as I've been looking for a night cream. After only a few nights of this I could feel that my skin is less drying and more supple. Quite happy with the effect. The texture is slightly gel-like, when you put your finger into the jar not much stays on your finger, but you don't really need much to cover the whole face, personally I love the smell and it's therapeutic just before going to bed, will keep using!

This product comes in a red square pottle with a screw lid. I really don't feel this range has a strong scent but just your typical cream sent which I like.

This product is the final step in your nighttime routine after using the serum. This cream claims to be an intense repair treatment which I honestly think it is.

I only needed a small amount and rubbed it and gentle circular motions over my face. The cream absorbed lovely and didn't leave my skin feeling oily or sticky. My skin felt so lovely and soft afterwards.

I would highly recommend this product and this range and will definitely be repurchasing these again.

Was not too sure about this to begin with as it felt like I was dipping my finger into a punnet of chocolate dairy food but I never had that thought again after using it. I do see why it is classed as a mask-cream and it does feel like a very luxurious way to end the day. It smells great and felt so very refreshing and nourishing especially after a day in the elements. I put a dot on my forehead, both cheeks, nose, chin and 2 dots on my neck every evening before bed. A little goes a very long way and after using it daily for 30 days my 50ml jar looks like I have hardly touched it. My skin every day looks and feels softer and smoother than it every has before and I have stopped wearing primer and foundation as I no longer have anything to hide. The quality of my skin has improved that much ... it has transformed my skin.
