L'oreal Paris Revitalift Day Cream Reviews

It's thick cream, which I guess as it has SPF is to be expected. It takes a while to soak in, so don't go to heavy handed. I thought it might feel greasy, but once I'd left it a while, my skin was definitely softer and felt more supple. It has the "usual" L'Oreal fragrance which I find can be a bit strong, but it's not grossly unpleasant and you don't notice it after a while. I used it sparingly, I didn't want to overload my skin as occasionally it can be sensitive, but I had no problems with this cream. After using this cream for a while, I think I can say I can see a bit of an improvement. My skin appears firmer, and I don't get dry patches anymore.

OMG, where do I start. So when I got picked for this trial I was so excited to be able to try something I usually couldn't justify spending money on. So it arrived and I quickly cleaned my face and followed the directions, the only thing I did different was to pat the cream not circular motions when putting it on. Anyway as soon as I put it on you feel something happening, like getting in there. I continued this daily and was slowly starting to see things changing, like around my eyes the fine lines were filling in. And around my top and bottom lip were also not as heavy set. After 9 days and enjoying what I was seeing, I thought I wonder what would happen if II stopped for one day. That's what I did, but I only lasted till mid afternoon, and I was back in there putting my magic cream on to fill the lines back in. So as a product that says you will notice a difference in 7 days, you will, and then you'll notice even more of a difference in 14 days and so on. One thing I wish I could of had, was the whole set up, like night cream eye cream, but after using the day cream I will for sure be keeping this up. Because it works. And your skin is so soft after using this. You won't be disappointed, give it a go.

Okay I'm a big fan of L'oreal. For a drugstore brand they punch way above their weight in terms of the skincare products, and for someone a little more mature (ahem) like me, it's a way I can access some top notch skincare without breaking the bank.

This L'oreal Paris Revitalift Day Cream was no exception. It's a lovely day cream that isn't too heavy, but provides a lot of hydration. It provides moisture all day and wears well under makeup. It doesn't have SPF, but that means that I can wear it for a light night cream as well if need be. It doesn't react badly to having an SPF on top of it so that's great.

Now I will say that I think I need to use it longer in order to see the results that it's promoted as having. It's a lovely daily moisturiser, but I don't yet see any visible reduction in wrinkles.

I would recommend though and will continue using this on the daily. Great to know I have another L'oreal option available to me.

I have loved every single l'oreal product i have tried and this is no exception so i am so grateful to BR for giving me the chance to review it.

The pot itself is very elegant and well made. It is very easy to open and keep closed. There is also a little plastic divider to keep the product fresh and tidy.

The cream rubs well into the skin and absorbs easily and definitely moisturises well as i can feel the effects 12 hours later. I have noticed a change in the general appearance and tone of my skin in that it definitely looks more nourished and well cared for. After 4 weeks there should be more noticeable results so i will check back and update.

The packaging is also recyclable which is nice to see. I would definitely recommend if your skin needs some rejuvenation, especially if you're a little bit older and would definitely repurchase.

I am a huge fan of L'Oreal skincare but I am always dubious when a cream boasts that it has measurable results in 7 days and then, on closer inspection, you discover it has only been measured on 53 women! The cream is has a pleasant and nondescript fragrance and is easy to apply. I found that it got absorbed quickly although when it was hot, I did have a bit of a shiny face. Now here is the best bit..... it worked! After one week of using this cream every day, I did notice a reduction in the fine lines under and around my eyes and on my forehead. Even my husband asked me what I had used! My skin felt plumper and smoother and I will be looking at buying the night cream to help my skin overnight... who knows, I might end up looking like a teenager!! Definitely a cream I'd recommend!

This is a perfectly fine day cream for those of us just entering the anti-ageing market.

It's not too thick or heavy, which I appreciated with my combo skin. It's lightly fragranced.

I've been using for a couple of weeks and my skin is feeling soft and supple, but I haven't necessarily noticed any outrageously remarkable results from it.

For me this is a day cream I'd happily use again, and probably repurchase - to use in between other regimes or when my skin just needed a nice, simple day cream.

As day creams go, this is quite lovely. In winter I prefer creams over lotions, and maybe as my skin ages I find myself reaching for a slightly heavier product. This definitely checked the consistency box for me - heavy enough for my drier skin, but not too thick it clogged my pores.

I think my skin feels and looks soft after use, and is definitely feeling more hydrated.

I think this is a nice cream for the price, maybe not one with a 'wow' factor, but still worth a punt.

EDITED TO ADD: After a few more weeks of use I'm really enjoying it, I think my skin needed more time to get used to it!

This is such a smooth, beautiful texture that absorbs in a short amount of time leaving your skin feeling soft and hydrated for the whole day - despite these colder temperatures. A lot of products say they reduce wrinkles but this genuinely does - this is now my no. 1 choice for day moisturiser and I have even gone out and brought the 30+ SPF version so I can use both depending on if I'm outside or in that day. The fragrance is lovely also - lite and refreshing. Love it.

I enjoy L'Oreal products, and regularly use at least one L'Oreal product on my face a day.

This day cream looks quite 'basic', I imagine it to be the budget range of L'Oreal Skin Care - it's cheaper than their other day creams which is great for those on a budget.

I found this hydrates wonderfully, and leaves my skin feeling firmer and looking fresher. It doesn't have a greasy after-feel which is great.

It has no SPF, but I'm happy using my usual facial sunscreen, so that doesn't concern me.

I think this is the perfect cream for people who just need a nice, hydrating day cream without a lot of extras.

My mum has used this product for many years now, as she found it is a very smooth moisturising everyday cream. She uses it every morning and finds that her skin stays moisturised all day. She has found that her skin definitely feels a lot smoother.
