L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Intense Nutrition Serum Review

This serum was a pleasure to trial. Light in consistency the serum spreads quickly and absorbs into the skin to leave it feeling cool and refreshed. Containing the restoring properties of Manuka Honey and calcium B5, use this product both morning and night for the ultimate effect. I will definitely purchase this product going forward as part of my skin care regime. The pump dispenser makes this super easy to use.

The Serum feels really intensive and I think you need a walk round in the fresh air before applying the day or night cream. Its kind of tightening in a non-taut way. Feels good, like a nice prep for the next application. Again in another couple of weeks I might be able to report greater fortification ... I don't like the way they promote "Anti-Sagging", those are unkind words and very ageist indeed. As we grow older, our skin changes. We are what we are and at 68 I don't expect to have the skin of a 35 year old. But "Sagging" is insulting to any of us, wherever we come from, what life we have lead and the genes we have within us. Life is for living! I am a complete believer in using face creams, every night and every day, and I think it pays off. I'm lucky to have a good complexion and I have nourished my skin. Be a believer, do what you can, Make looking after your face a routine, teach your daughters, encourage your friends. It does pay off!.

Packing is delightful it’s eye catching a antique gold colour In the box is a square glass bottle with a pump top nice and easy to use The serum is a pearlised colour and the fragrance is Just like a hint of like brewed hops (for beer) a little bitter Anyhow after using my usual skin routine, cleanse and tone on with this juicy little gem I must admit I was a tad dubious but wow a nice serum it’s easy to apply and absorbs in pretty quickly, two pumps as it states face and neck. Morning and night I used this before my moisturiser and I like it a lot This serum quickly adsorbs in leaving my skin feeling soft and hydrated without any reside, I do let it settle into my skin before I follow with my cream. And my skin is ready for the cream it’s like it’s been primed and waiting I have noticed quite an improvement in my skin especially my neck I’m impressed Reasonably priced goes on nice and I’m finding my skin is improving day after day. I will purchase this for sure

I found this serum to be a keeper. I will purchase it again as it glides onto your skin and sinks in deep but doesn't feel at all greasy. Did it fix my wrinkles? I think only time will tell as two weeks is not enough time to work miracles. However it certainly made my skin soft and radiant and even I couldn't help touching it in wonder. I have to admit I've turned into a preening peacock as I have a glow that I didn't have before.

I think L'oreal's serums are the anti-ageing secret to their regimes.

I loved this serum. It feels lovely and cooling when applying. A little amount goes a long way.

It's gentle but hydrating and my skin was incredibly soft without applying moisturiser. I have sensitive skin and this serum felt so soothing on the skin.

I apply this serum after cleansing and then leave it 5 or so minutes to let it soak in, and then apply the moisturiser. It works great with the other products but on its own it's a fantastic serum for dry skin.

I will definitely continue using this product.

I really liked this serum. the bottle is nice and I like the dropper because I can get as much or as little serum as I need. it matches the day and night cream with the brown bottle and gold lids. its luxurious and nice to look at.

the serum is very light and smells fresh. I use 2 to 3 drops on my face and it covers easily and sinks in. it doesn't take long to dry and doesn't feel sticky.

my skin feels really nice and soft after using and my fine lines look slightly less there. my skin looks brighter and refreshed. it is very good for older skin so I recommend it.

Fortified with manuka honey for skin repair and calcium B5 for moisturising properties, this is a lovely serum. It's a light gel, and 2 small pumps does the whole face and neck area. It has a really nice light fragrance. Comes in a glass bottle with a handy pump.

What I really like about this serum is that it is so easy to apply and it feels very luxurious. The only downside I can see is that used twice a day you will run out pretty quickly, so perhaps a bigger bottle would be preferrable.

I have been using serum for a while now so was pleased to get the opportunity to review this one. As the packaging rightly points out that with age the body's level of hydration and nutrients decrease and the skin obviously becomes dryer and less supple - and mine is no exception. I have used this L'Oreal serum morning and night since receiving it, and it has certainly made my skin feel more nourished and less tight. I have also noticed that the fine lines are less visible which of course is always pleasing. A little bit certainly goes a long way even with my thirsty skin a few pumps and I am covered. I applied straight after a shower in the morning when my skin was warm and receptive and the pores were open, and it responded well. In the evening I applied a warm facecloth to my cleansed face first, and then the serum. I didn't like the fragrance though it was strong and lingering, but apart from that I found this serum to be effective, economical and absorbent without leaving my face uncomfortably tight.

L’Oreal maintain that this nourishing Serum enriched with Pro-Calcium, Golden Honey and apricot kernel oil will intensely nourish and repair the skin. The formula is designed for mature skin (60+) which is very dry and is meant to leave the skin hydrated and intensely nourished. The Serum comes in a sturdy gold cardboard box packaging with the L’Oreal Logo at the top. Inside is a tall square reddish brown glass container with a gold pump action top and a clear plastic cover. The pump makes it easy to administer the right amount in a hygienic way. The serum is lightly fragranced with a subtle aroma of honey and is manufactured in Germany. The serum was easy to pump out and absorbed well into my skin. My skin felt comfortable and I could put the Rich Repairing Day Cream on top without it feeling smothered in product. It is very easy to apply, the consistency allows drops to dispense onto fingertips. It is not sticky and absorbs instantly. The serum was lightweight yet hydrating and I liked that it didn't leave an oily residue behind. It is a creamy, pearly colour and feels very soft on your skin. I used the serum in the morning and at night. It would make my skin so hydrated and gave it a healthy glow. I love that this was not oily at all and I could put it on both for daytime and night-time use. Under make-up it is fine because it doesn't make my skin slippery. I like that this helps to hydrate my skin and give it an extra layer of care. After using it for ten days I found that my skin felt so much softer and smoother. I cannot say that my skin has a radiant, youthful look as I have not been using the product for long enough, but my skin feels so much more hydrated since using this serum in conjunction with the other products in this range. There's been no discernible lessening of wrinkles but I'm content with the support this serum provides. I would highly recommend it especially if you feel your skin needs a hydration boost.
