L'Oréal Paris Age Perfect Hydrating Cream

This moisterizer has a lovely fresh smell and a beautiful texture that is easy to spread on the face. It absorbs in to the skin quickly and doesn't leave an oily feeling and feels lightweight. I have combination skin that feels like it doesn't produce any oil except for my t-zone and the rest gets dry. I found that on my skin, by itself this product didn't hydrate and soften my skin as much as I'm used to with my usual go-to moisterizer. Although, when I use it on top of a serum or toner containing a humectant such as hyaluronic acid or glycerin, my skin feels so soft and that lasts so by morning I still feel that hydration. Because of this I do really enjoy this moisterizer. I also feel like my skin looks a bit brighter after using it for a week. I can't say anything to the tightening effect yet but I will update this review if I notice any changes.

I loved everything about this cream. The packaging looking nice and modern. The texture of this cream was easy to appy and felt lovely on the skin, not so greasy and absorbed just right. The smell of it smells divine. I just turned 56 years of age and have had plenty of compliments of how I don't look it. I would definitely buy this again.

After being a little lazy over the last few years due to health issues, I really had noticed my skin was starting to suffer for it so I decided to look into various products and see if there was a simple fix...with limited time, I didn't want something that was complex, expensive and didn't do the job. When I first opened the box, my thoughts were that it looked like what I was looking for, packaging wise anyhow. Simple Quality. On opening the pottle, I was met with a very subtle scent. Nothing too strong but I do wonder if it is something that could possibly affect those with more sensitive skins ? I don't have sensitive skin so it was never going to be an issue for me. The cream itself was lovely. That gentle cooling feeling without an oiliness that I find from many other moisturizers. It spreads super easy so you also don't have to use a lot and while I don't use it every day (I've developed bad habits), I have most definately noticed a change in how soft my skin feels. I'm not entirely sure I have noticed a change in the tightness of my skin etc but it definately feels nicer so that's a plus for me. I also love that putting makeup on after applying actually seems easier. Perhaps because my skin is no longer as dry as it used to be. Also this is within a good price range for a normal budget so I am actually going to be purchasing it again once i have finished the one I have now.
