L'Oreal Kerastase Ciment Thermique

My hairdresser completely fried my hair till it melted in a lightening treatment that went very very wrong. So when someone recommended this to me I was eager to try anything to help my hair. It was amazing. I have to use heat on my hair every day due to the nature of my job/study so this product was the answer to my prayers. Within a few uses along with the masque treatment which is also in this Kerastase range my hair started to look and feel normal again it started to de shrivel itself and got its shine back. The price of this stuff is not the cheapest but I can not recommend it highly enough as it really does do wonders. The product itself has a lovely texture and smell and doesn't feel too heavy in your hair either.

This product feels wonderful when applying, it has a silky feel that your hair drinks up. It has helped my hair strengthen and the results of my styling look quite flawless. It smells great always a bonus! And does last a while compared to other products I have used. You don't get that horrible burnt smell off your straightener or blow dryer it really is a wee force field.

I can't fault this product, apart from the fact my preference is a heat protector spray over something I have to physically massage through my hair. But that is pure laziness on my part.

In saying that this product is worth the extra effort. It does what it says it will. Absolutely amazing smell and it makes your hair nice and soft.

If you're wondering about this product wait for the Christmas gift sets. The whole range is brilliant and you can get them all to try for a very reasonable price! Good way to try if you are on the fence :).

I absolutely love this product. It leaves my hair so soft and shiny and its great knowing that its also protecting it! the only thing that I was not so keen about was the smell of it, kinda reminded me of celery, but I'v got used to it now and I don't know what I'm going to do when it runs out because its so expensive!

I would definitely recommend this product. I have permed & coloured hair & it takes away the fuzziness & gives your hair a lovely soft silky finish. It does seem to coat the hair with a non-greasy silicone like feel to your hair. I also found if you do apply heat (ie blow waver) after application it definitely last longer in your hair. It must work as none of my hair has broken after the harsh treatment of colour on top of perm. Awesome product and well worth the money.

Great product for anyone with damaged hair. It smells great and really helps to strengthen your hair, and protect from heat damage.

After dying my hair continuously, blow drying and straightening it of course it was damaged. My hair dresser suggested I use Kerastase in my hair after every wash. I have been using it for the last 4 years and my hair is better then ever. Its great during the summer after the beach and after you've washed your hair.

I have this along with the shampoo & conditioner and these products are great, they have helped revive my hair to an alright standard, I am using a different shampoo & conditioner at the moment as my hair is Rainbows with Manic Panic but the Ciment Thermique is really helping as I apply a lot of heat with blow drying & straightening.

I have also had a bottle of this for around 12 months now so it really does last the distance

This heat protector is by far my favourite to use! I have been known to change my hair colour ALOT! So with that being said, my hair has had quite a lot of damage. This product is super light and really repairing. It doesn't make my hair greasy and smells amazing too! I never use any heat (hair drier or GHD's)on my hair without a heat protector and this one is the one I recommend to all my friends/clients that have some damage in their hair also. It is protein based so it great for weakened hair.

I bought this when a salon used it on my hair and i loved it from the get go. I had bleached hair so it wasn't in the best condition but this product made a huge difference. It definitely feels as if it coats hair with a protective top seal film, just like it says it would. It doesn't weigh my hair down and i only use a little bit at a time. It's not sticky on my hands when i apply it and my hair feels so soft and silky after straightening it. It's quite pricey but it really last a very long time so it is totally worth it!
