I have dry and damaged hair that my hair dresser despairs over. I have tried lots of different conditioners and this is the only one that has made any difference to my hair. I use it each time after shampooing, apply a small amount and rinse off. My hair is left smooth and silky, it feels so soft and even my hair dresser has noticed a change in the condition of my hair. It smells nice too. I will definitely be buying this again and would recommend to anyone with damaged hair.
