I used this paired with the shampoo. I found I got good results when used all together, along with the styling products. I found using these, paired with taming lotion and de frizz oil helped to reduce frizz in my hair when left to dry naturall, it meant I didn't always have to style my hair dos it looked nice when left alone.
Tips: Use taming lotion and de frizz oil on mids and ends when wet, not roots as this can cause oiliness. Also th de frizz oil is great to run through the ends when hair is dry or styled
