Herbal Essence Tousle Me Softly Shampoo Review

I bought this shampoo along with the conditioner. For me, it is hard to tell whether my roots above been "tousled" as I only apply this shampoo on my roots. But in combination with the conditioner I have found that it gave my hair a tousled look. My hair was softer looking, and became more wavy.

This shampoo cleaned my roots well and left my hair feeling smooth, soft and silky. It removed dirt and oil from my hair but didn't dry it is or leave it itchy.

This shampoo is a pale purple colour. The consistency is a clear gel and it lathers easily when mixed with water. I found it easy to rub this into my hair and it spread easily without having to add more shampoo. I have very thick hair and use about a tablespoon of product.

Overall, I liked this shampoo and would purchase it again because it is affordable and easily available at the supermarket.

Brand: Herbal Essence - I have always found this brand works well with my hair. It is my go to supermarket brand. Such value for money. I have spent money on expensive brands that do not work nearly as well on my hair.

Tousle me softly - I absolutely love the smell of this product. I often get people commenting on how good I smell when I use this shampoo and conditioner.

Packaging. Beautiful colour and branding - Functional easy to hold and store bottle.

Does it do what it says it will? Yes it does. I choose Tousle Me Softly when I am aiming on achieving the tousled look. I also often choose the Colour Me Happy shampoo and condition by herbal essence to hold the colour in. This is another favourite. The Herbal Essence products are out standing! I would recommend to all. There is a product in the Herbal Essence range to suit all hair type and needs.

I recently tried this again after using it years and years ago when I was in USA. It was as glorious then as it is now and I still really enjoy using this shampoo.

I love the color purple so this ticks all the boxes for me. The shampoo is a gorgeous lilac purple, and gel like in consistency. It smells so amazing, I want to wear it as a perfume. Everyone knows its herbal essence when they smell the shampoo, it's just so potent. It lathers really well and rinses out nicely, leaving my hair only a little ratty (before conditioner).

I wouldn't say my hair gets 'tousled' as such, but it is a really nice shampoo for everyday use. I managed to convince my cousin the reason I had purple hair was because of this shampoo - and she decided she would let me shampoo her hair so she could have purple hair too. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

What really got me about this range was not just the colour of the packaging but the aroma. My hair is also naturally curly so I found this product just worked for me, my hair looked healthier and smelled great.

To be completely honest I wasnt a big fan of this product. I absolutely LOVE the smell nd how it leaves me hair louch and smooth. But I'm not a fan of how oily my hair gets the next day. With this product I have to wash my hair daily and I normally only wash every 2-3 days or my hair turns into a puff ball. So over all I don't think I would use it again.

I’m a huge fan of the Herbal Essence range, and this product is no exception. I have quite long hair that is fairly wild, so the idea of being purposefully tousled really appeals to me. Like all of the HE shampoo and conditioners, the packaging is really appealing, purple and green and the product itself is purple – very cool. I love that the shampoo bottle is clear so you can see how much product you have left, and my favourite thing is the flat top, so you can leave the bottle upside down to get every last little bit out. It has a really nice floral scent, and lathers up beautifully – you don’t need a lot of product to get a decent lather, but I do make sure to shampoo twice every time. It cleanses beautifully without stripping my hair, so it stays soft and shiny.
