So I picked this up after researching more eco-friendly hair products. What appealed to me is how much plastic I can save from just using ethique shampoo and conditioner bars! this was my first experience using a solid conditioner. I have recently had my hair redone and I've gone quite blonde, so this was perfect as I was looking for an eco-friendly way to give my new blonde locks a bit of a tone up to remove any brassiness!! It did a decent job at toning my hair up, however, it didn't get my hair nearly as soft as my regular plastic bottle purple conditioner would. However, I am willing to give up that softness due to the fact that this is so environmentally friendly and does tone my hair well. I will just have to use a conditioning mask once a week to give me that softness back, but that's okay! overall I would recommend this however if you are looking for something that makes your hair SUPER soft as well as toning, this isn't it

I bought this to take away on holiday due to its size. I found it left my hair as good as any shampoo in a bottle I have used. It lathered really well without much effort. I found it left my hair shiny and feeling squeaky clean. I will buy this again.
Tips: I keep it in a plastic box as it does leave a purple mess in the soap dish.
