Love these... used these on myself twice... took me awhile to get them on but I got there :) instructions are easy to follow!.. if applying on someone one else its Waaaay easier :)
Tips: I like using the two dollar shop lash glue white tube.. more secure in sticking lashes :)
Love these lashes, I wore them to a wedding the other week and at no point did they feel overly weighted or scratchy as a few lashes in the past have.
Tips: I reccomend using a profesional eye lash glue such as Duo glue rather than the cheap glue that the lashes come with.
After you have peeled the lashes from the packed give them a little loosen up by making them bend and wiggle like and inch worm. This will allow them to mould to you eye easier
and cut them to shape your eye. and remember if you cut them too short its more natural looking and easier to have them too short on the inner part than the ourter part :)
I think that these lashes themselves were really great, a bit too big so I had to cut them down a bit, My only problem was the glue that it came with, it was all dryed up and just didn't work very well? I don't know if this has happened to anybody else?
Tips: Buy some glue that you trust and have used before!! IF you have never used fake lashes make sure to check out the best kinds of Glue, I use the DUO lash glue :)
I used the manicare brand of lashes 4 or 5 times when I first started experimenting with false lashes which I now wear everyday. Yep. 7 days a week pretty much. I love false lashes I wasn't blessed with long lovely ones of my own. So if you can fake it.. why the hell not right? I tried several different styles. So I thought these lashes were pretty good. But then I tried Ardell lashes.. and then I tried red cherry lashes... and all of a sudden the manicare ones were quite average in comparison. They are just o.k. and not much more than that. The band is too firm and even though I cut them down to fit my eye I still found it poked me in the corner of my eye a bit. Not all that comfortable. Also the band is alot thicker so much more visible as "fake" and doesnt blend in with makeup as well. And I found them quite stiff. And not that easy to apply because of this. Definately better brands out there. I probably won't ever purchase these again.
These ones looks great on, they are perfect for taking a great makeup look to amazing! They are quite long and flare out at the tips which help open up the eyes, the eyelashes are very easy to move around and adjust once youve applied them to your eyelids, the glue is nice and creamy and doesnt take long to dry. A perfect little bottle to carry in your purse for touchups and an easy to use applicator tip for beginners, i am a big fan of the manicare glam eyes range
I love that these lashes can be found at Farmers, department stores and pharmacies. So when I need lashes quickly I'll go out and buy them simply because they look good and they're convenient! They're long lasting too, however, I hate the glue! I would recommend purchasing a separate glue, my friends and I always have trouble with it.
Tips: With this brand, I found that waiting under 20 seconds for the glue to 'dry' made them stick better. After taking them off, soak them in soapy warm water to get rid of excess glue so you can re-wear them!
Ran out of eye lashes, so I made a quick stop to Farmers. In my opinion, these are a bit 'hard' to put on as the line part doesnt stick well, so you would need to constantly hold it down to dry it before applying eye lash curler. It looks very sweet and fancy. These pair definitely looks really good on a night out. Would I buy it again? No. Although I was glad I tried it just to know I wont be making any more purchases. Think I will stick to ardell.
Tips: Use strong eye lash glue as the one that comes with it is not that great.
I love the look of these, dramatic, full with the wing and all. I think they are good its just that they aren't as easy to apply as competitor eyelash brands (which I would prefer to use to these e.g Ardell). I don't use the glue provided as I find those little tubes you get never come with good glue. So I love the lashes and the look you get from them however I wish they were a bit easier to apply (maybe something to do with the lash band) and also that they didn't come with any 'extras' that I think are unnecessary.
Tips: Practice makes perfect with fake eyelashes!
I loved the look of these in the packet but once I had them on they looked to long and heavy still ok to wear tho. I think this was my poor picking when picking lashes. I however loved how easy they were to apply. they fitted to my eyes really well and the glue was great stayed on for the time I wore them. would defiantly buy this brand again but not this style.
I used these lashes for my 2011 school ball. I wanted a dramatic eye without the "fake" look
I love how they give you length and volume and yet still look quite natural (unlike some false eyelashes).
The only thing I didn't like so much was like price... $12.00 is a bit steep if you're using falsies often (I usually pick up $2-$4 ones) but for this occasion I was really pleased I bought these. The quality seemed better than my usual $2 picks.
Tips: *If the lashes are too long, use nail scissor to cut a small bit off the outer edges to make them smaller.
*Using eyeliner first to line the top eyelid can make your eyes really pop, also if you muck up abit with applying the lash it hides it well ;)
