Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

I am a fan of garnier bb creams, I thought I would try this as I do have oily skin. I don't like the consistency of this it's too runny for my likening and it's easy to make a mess. I did find the coverage didn't last as long as the regular garnier bb creams.

I really love this product. It is a tad runnier than other BB creams I have tried which is good because it seems to match my skin a lot better than others while providing a light tint. My favourite part is that it is oil-free and also is mattifying. I am prone to oily skin and at least when I wear this I can be sure that it is under control and I am not shiny. Its an added bonus that it contains a small SPF, which means I can skip the sunscreen if am in a rush and also because it is so light i often use is under my foundation if I am going out.

I love this product. It's like my skin only better! I will put this on by itself or under a light foundation for extra coverage. It was perfect for my dry skin

This is my everyday product when I'm not going out. The oil free does not slide off my face like the original formula! Provides very good coverage for my fair rosy complexion. Makeup sits well on top of it. Skin does not break out.

I find that all Garnier bb creams are yucky too thick, this one is slighty runniner then the others but the colouring is still way off just plain orange i am so glad i did not purchase these i would have been guttered.

I won this in garnier's facebook give away, and im so stoked with it! i got the medium shade,which i find it makes me abit orange, so the light would of been better for my skin type.. i find it covers on my skin nicely, hides all redness and blemishs, evens out my skintone, with being oil free, it doesnt leave a shine, which i find great! the consistancy is quick runny,which i like as others are rather thick, i find it stays on all day aswell..this one absorbs nicely into my skin and i just love it. worth a try!!

My skin is on the lighter end of the Olive skin spectrum. I have chosen to trial the Light range of the Combination-Oil Free Range.

Packaging is average. However, once I started using this BB Cream I found the tube and screw on cap to be impractical. This BB cream has a watery consistency which has a tendency to leak out if tube is left lying down or cap not screwed on properly. Also because of this free flowing consistency, there is little control in getting out the amount needed and when one is in a rush, it can get a bit messy or wasted (take extra care when squeezing the soft tube). With its watery consistency, I found it takes a bit longer to absorb into the skin which is a bit inconvinient when you are in a rush.

Wha it say it does. I have found the Light range too pale and did not offer me enough coverage. I have the Medium range beforehand which I found a shade darker but ok to use. I have combined the Light and Medium by mixing a drop of both range on top of my hand and used it for the rest of the trial. I must say it is fantastic! The mix offered me the shade and coverage I needed. Did not need to use any foundation. Also, I found that it also did not gave me shine and my face stayed relatively fresh for the rest of the day especially in this cooler months. I would not recommend using this in summer though, as I found last summer, in hotter weather and with sweating it can leave a little shine and rubs off quite easily. The SPF protection is a positive feature for this BB Cream.

I wouldn't say this is the best BB cream, but it is reasonable for its price and affordability. I recommend this BB Cream as something to use when you are at home or running a quick errand and want to look fresh.

This bb cream is the best for my skin. I have really oily skin so it totally controls that. Also, it starts off a bit lighter than my actual skin tone but as some people may notice it does oxidise and then it suits me perfectly. Gives me great coverage and lasts really well. And its also super quick and easy to apply and cheap! Love it

I was lucky enough to receive this product in 'light' recently by beauty review ! I have previously tried this BB cream in medium I didn't particularly like the product as although it was a good light coverage for summer, it was really orange tinged! I also found the formula had a super runny consistency which had to really be worked into the skin .

Now upon trying the 'light' BB cream sent to me by BR i have changed my views! I've tested it out for the past few days and i did enjoy using it, although I'm still not a huge BB cream fan, i just never have found the right one! I think this is just down to my skin recently not being at its best and its just hard to find a BB cream that covers it all up as they are only designed for light coverage.

Second round trying this product the formula seems to no be as runny which was a lot nicer and easier to work with, but still took some effort to fully buff it into the skin. i felt the light shade was a bit too light for me, and the 'medium' shade was waay to dark! in my opinion i think they should create a true medium shade and lift the already existing medium to even a dark!

I also found that this shade seemed to last a lot longer (maybe the formula has changed since i purchased my last one - i commend Garnier for that!) and lasted most of the day, but as any foundation/BB cream it did start to wear of and definitely more around the problematic areas on my skin. I have combination to Oily skin since my skin started breaking out badly this year, and i found this product was on of the better BB creams (out of the few) that i have tried.

Overall i did enjoy testing out the product as it didn't look heavy or cakey on my face, and to create a colour that matched my skin tone i just mixed some of the medium shade into the light :)

It's one of the best BB creams I've ever tried (and I tried a lot). I have very acne-prone skin, but also very dry, flaking dry, usually on my chin & around my mouth skin just shows up flaking after applying foundations or BB creams, but not with this one! It's oil free, but it still hydrates those areas good, but doesn't make me break out at all. I still use a moisturizer underneath though, I need to with everything else too. It blends into my skin perfect, it evens out my skin tone so nicely, the coverage is just so natural, it's my everyday go to BB cream, I love it!
