Garnier Skin Perfector BB Cream Oil-Free Review

I'm pleasantly surprised at this. I didn't expect it to work well on my skin after trying more expensive brands that didnt work, I slfigured I'd start looking at the cheaper hrands. Most brands I've tried either melt off my overly oily t-zone or feel 'sticky' when I touch my face even if I use powder over the top. Not this one! Its light to medium coverage works well at covering most of my freckles and blemishes without looking cakes on like foundation. Light shades of bb cream are generally too dark on my plskin but this is a match. On my second tube and will be buying again!

I have quite oily skin especially during the summer and most bb creams won't hold and look right, But this one is amazing! It's definitely the go to if I'm not doing a full face of foundation and the coverage is still great! Awesome value for money too I think I paid 10 dollars for it and I've had the same tube for almost a year now :)

I've been pleasantly surprised with this product -- it goes on smooth, blends extremely well and is not at all greasy. The product lasts all day (I do use a matte face primer underneath, though I do not think it is entirely necessary for those with less oily skin), and matches my skin tone very well. The consistency is a light, liquid fluid which works for easy application. I use this BB cream regularly, and it is especially brilliant on days where foundation seems like too much. I highly recommend this product for those with a more oily-skin who are in the market for a decent BB cream!

I tried this as a tinted moisturiser when I was a bit lazy and didn't want a full face of makeup and also as a primer for when I got all dolled up, I found it a bit shiny and oily around my nose, temple and forehead and under my foundation it seemed to roll off my nose. I did like it under my eyes as I got less creasing but overall I wouldn't reach for it over my other products. I paid $6 off trademe so was worth a try.

I love bb cream it works to cover blemshies and ipurites but its not a full coverage its just for a more natural look which I like

This is my winter go-to BB Cream. For those weekends or days when I do not really want to go the whole hog with my make up routine, but still want that coverage.

This BB cream is nice and lightweight, (i used the other one that wasn't oil-free too, Oil-free is much better for my skin) You do not need to use alot, a little goes a long way. And it doesn't transfer!

Sometimes I will even mix this with my foundation for a moisturised feel and better coverage.

I am all about the "natural look", i used to never wear foundation or anything expect just moisturising my face before i started using this BB CREAM. This was my first coverage based product that i really liked and i still do. I have used this product for about 2 and half years, it worked really well for me hence i didn't try another brand.

The good: - reasonable price for a reasonably sized product. - comes in a tube which is easy to use, you can control how much you want to take out so that way it saves you from wasting or taking out too much. - lasts long (quantity wise) - good coverage - really good for oily skin - just settles on the face well - gives it a natural look ! - leaves face feeling soft I am not confident with foundations because of my pores, but this product really just settles on my face and doesn't make my pores obvious. It makes my skin look fresh and natural, my face doesn't get oily throughout the day. It hides the marks on my face. I have only used this because i am scared to try another brand but i have stuck with this only because i feel confident when i wear it, i am not worried about my pores or if it looks caked. It also doesn't make my skin to breakout. I have sensitive skin, so if you think you have oily and sensitive skin i would recommend this :)

Not so good: -only comes in 2 shades (light andmedium ) Can be hard for some people to find the right colour. - coverage doesn't last the whole day but hey most foundations don't too but this surely does the job.

I would definitely use this from time to time depending on where i am going :) i use it less now because i am trying foundations otherwise this is my favourite bb cream and the only one i would stick with and use :)

This used to be my go-to product before I started really getting in to make-up. I found that it had good coverage while also moisturizing my skin. I also found that this did in fact help slightly reduce the oiliness of my skin.

I do, however, have some cons. (1) The product only comes in 'light' or 'medium' so it does not fit all skin tones... I'm lucky in that the 'light' formula has a more yellow-ish base to it which suits my skin tone somewhat - if only slightly more on the yellow side, and (2) it is sometimes very runny and so can get a bit messy from time to time (its spilled in my bag a few times and has been known to quickly drip off my hands when I'm trying to twist the lid back on)... because of this I've also had cases where the product has run a bit on my face.

Would I buy it again? ... yes I would, but only as a form of moisturizer or on good face days... and that is only if my skin tone still fits the 'light' shade.

Would I recommend it to others? ... It depends on the skin tone of the individual and the type of skin they have... but yes I would.

Price: The price generally ranges from $10-$17NZD so it is not too expensive if you want to try it.

Watching the ads on T.V was what urged me to actually go out and buy it. I was disappointed when it didn't work out for me as it should be. Although it said its oil free, it actually made my face shiny through the day (caused by oil) and caused me to break out aswell. I wouldn't buy it again personally, but if you try it and find that it works for you than it would be worth it :).
